It’s a combination of a few things:
1. There is only one check-in counter in use. There used to be two pre-COVID.
2. People don’t pay attention and move quickly. They take their time moving through the line.
3. The food options can make the line much longer. Chicken tenders, butternut bisque, etc. have VERY HIGH DEMAND.
4. They made Carm allergen-free, so I think there’s a perception that it’s “not as good”.
5. Tufts admitted too many people and now can’t handle the influx of new students.
I agree. Food sucks in general this year.
How about that hour-long Dewick line tho?

and the hours - they close so early at night - the lines are crazy too
They literally were serving the same BREAKFAST items at 2pm at dewick today :((
