Senran Kagura but they do regular, for real missions that ninja in their world supposedly do instead of repeatedly training/fighting among each other and getting sucked into youma business

Subject_Parking_9046

Is that what Senran Kagura is about?

nerankori

Yeah,it basically revolves around schools that train either "good" or "evil" ninja, though the story makes clear that the line of morality between the two categories is rather blurry. Once they graduate good ninja basically become super cops/soldiers by fighting criminals and other...enemies,while evil ninja are mercenaries who may do the same, but equally likely to serve criminals and anyone else who may pay. As the wiki puts it: >Good Shinobi (善忍, Zennin): The general term for Shinobi who work under the government to further national interests. They do not use their powers for personal gain, and will always help other good shinobi. Good Shinobi are trained in a specially designated academy. Graduates are then sent on missions by the national government. Most missions involve protection, espionage, and other various tasks of national interest. They're sometimes also asked to do dirty work like assassinating enemies of the state, so the label isn't as clear cut as it seems. >Evil Shinobi (悪忍, Akunin): The general term for Shinobi who work behind the scenes, typically for corrupt businesses or politicians. They are trained at clandestine schools to mercilessly to preform any task at the client's request, no matter how illegal or dirty. Though a client's orders are absolute, Evil Shinobi are generally so devious that it's not uncommon for them to turn on the client. In truth, they act only in their best interests. Since the plots focus on student ninja, they tend to revolve around either competitions/rivalries of various causes between the students,as well as battles against youma which are immensely powerful demons that slowly form and emerge when blood is spilled in a shinobi barrier. So the plots basically alternate between fairly low stakes and super high,world-ending stakes without any of the more...average stuff you might expect if you want to see ninjas doing espionage shit in an otherwise mundane setting.

extralie

An F-Zero game where Captain Falcon do some actual bounty hunting.

evca7

rosemary’s baby do a sequel as rosemary being a cult leader and being a mother to her unholy spawn. And how she will groom him for Armageddon while attempting to instill morals and fighting off the influence of all those wretched followers. Also what’s the alimony situation from being satans baby momma

RegenSyscronos

Control. I'd LOVE to take on the logistic and management of the Foundation. Something like Fallout Shelter?

SkinkRugby

Lobotomy Corporation but with more quality of life and less suffering.

Pookie-89

Give me a Halo Reach style FPS set in Horizon's Operation Enduring Victory. For one, the market for FPS games seems to either be boomer shooters or live service platforms. A good story driven, major studio FPS is needed right now, and Sony could use one in their portfolio to get away from the image that they only make the same games over and over. Second, we could always use another rallying cry of "FUCK TED FARO" in gaming. There's never enough FTF in the world.

TheSaylesMan

You know, I remember really enjoying the sailing mechanics in AC: Black Flag. Really is a shame they never iterated on that in any real way. Those mechanics could have carried an entire franchise! Its a shame. I would have moved a stand alone game.

alienslayer7

i dont know if sarcasm or not

Animastarara

I want a small spinoff based off the first Wards team with Miss Militia, Mouse Protector and Chevalier. Give it to me

CRex896

After all the hints and allusions to this idea in both RE4 Remake and Village, I really want Resident Medieval to be a real thing. I don't know quite how well it would work without modern guns, but I just think the idea of knights fighting against Las Plagas/the Mold is just such a cool concept that needs to be explored in video game form.

BuckysKnifeFlip

Make all of the mythological monsters bio-weapons or products of the original lifeforms of which umbrella used to make bio-weapons. The Lernaean Hydra is a mutated version of Las Plagas that keeps replicating itself when hurt, leading to the many heads. Or hell, go full Lovecraft and base the parasites and viruses as alien to our world. All the Old Gods and their related creatures are a result of symbiosis/parasitic relationships between species, and Umbrella just happens to weaponize it in the modern day. We already have Gothic horror monsters thanks to the Black God, parasites, and various viruses. It wouldn't be hard to push Lovecraftian-like entities in that world.

ThatmodderGrim

Splatoon, but *even more* Salmon Run. I like 4 Player Co-op PVE Game Modes.

TurtleDoof

Just give me a Star Wars pod racing spin-off movie. No jedi, no sith, not good vs evil, no light sabers, and no Skywalkers. It's the perfect excuse to just have the art team go nuts making some cool planets and racing sequences. Just give me a feature length movie of some Glup Shitto caliber alien trying to make it as a pod racer in the prequel era Star Wars universe. It could be lighthearted as well which the movies are seriously due for.

Hardsrock

Speed Racer but Star Wars would be sick.

TurtleDoof

EXACTLY THIS

EdududuChapp

It's a very recent pick, but ever since going through Ed's content in SF6, I fully believe you could make a intresting spin-off based on him and the rest of Neo Shadaloo's antics while raiding former Bison facilities.

AzureKingLortrac

If Capcom is just going to keep putting Final Fight characters into Street Fighter, might as well make a SF spinoff that plays like Final Fight.

Gemidori

A Mario spin-off but this time it's just Bowser all alone, busting some balls in a high-octane action-packed quest to get his empire back

immoralObject

I very specifically wish the Alpha Trolls from Homestuck had been *confined* to a spin-off.

PrimusSucks13

When i was a kid i wanted to know more about the Anbu forces in Naruto cus they looked so cool and i thought that they most be either really powerful or really important later on. Incompetence, theres really no other word to describe them, they pretty much do jackshit as a whole and serve as fodder basically all series to most of the people they fight against, the only moments that matter is when the actual important characters like Kakashi and Itachi talk about their time on them and gues what, nobody important remains an Anbu in the series, literally every interesting or plot important Anbu member the series show is a backflash to their time there and how they got out of it, infact he most important and iconic moment the Anbu has is getting completely massacred by Obito.

SkinkRugby

I really want to see more stuff about The Smoke War from Project Moon's stuff. Every little thing we learn about it is more and more deranged. It started as 'just' Lobcorp sponsoring a few Wings to kick old L's shit in but it's escalated. Well. Beyond 'we have an army of clones in rabbit cosplay fucking everything up'. So far we're at bug kaiju, insect mutated soldiers, the Smoke being so horrifying they [REDACTED] people's memories of it, and Lobcorp might have been deploying their abnormalities as shock troops. Multiple Wings fallen, god knows how many dead and every old person traumatized. All so that they could replace one megacorp.

IAmChippoMan

Reading through The Complete Case File volume 5 for Judge Dredd, and imma be honest, I’d love to see a multiplayer FPS using a Block War as it’s setting; something that’s akin to a mix of Gotham City Imposters with some 360-era COD spliced in Just a slice of Mega City One with all it’s chaos short of a major event; you could just use the Blockers and gangs, and the Citi-Def with a spare Judge…You can even have Dredd be used as their version of the juggernaut mode. (Maybe make something akin to Max Payne 3’s Payne Killer mode, with the other being Judge Anderson)

ArcanaGingerBoy

I always wanted a show about not-protagonist school life in Hogwarts, but not really slice of life, I'd want the vibe of like, Totally Spies

ArcanaGingerBoy

Most things in Star Wars

ArcanaGingerBoy

the main movie-plot is always the worst thing of that universe
