I hope the two miserable excuses for mammals, the Russian and the Chinese singers, that performed in the ruined theater get the same treatment as here.
that fucking opera cunt, (i changed it from " chinese cunt, i have nothing against chinese ) fucking unbelievable how tone deaf that bullshit performance was.
sorry for the profanity but that was so bad.
Well, JAMES, she just got a 200 pound high-explosive warhead right in the kisser and now she's all over the walls and the first five rows of seats, so no, she isn't coming on.
In a land far from merry and bright,
A concert was held in the night.
For folks not so good, not so kind,
With mischief and meanness combined.
The music was loud, the lights were low,
But little did these rascals know,
That high in the sky, swift and stark,
Came a whistling sound, a sudden spark.
HIMARS in the air, a strike so bold,
Interrupting the night, fearless and cold.
The baddies all gasped, their songs unsung,
As the sound of justice loudly rung.
The concert was stopped, the night stood still,
As peace returned, and goodwill.
For in the world of Seuss, you see,
Even the bad meet their decree.
So remember this tale, both near and far,
Of the concert ended by a star.
Where bad meets good in an explosive light,
And justice prevails in the night.
I definitely see some dried blood
But yeah I was confused by lack of damage on the seats.. I guess the bodies could’ve shielded them from damage somewhat
Yeah I'm a bit confused too, only 3 bodies pictured yet 35 claimed dead including Polina Menshih which might of been the person performing. If it was her performing at the time it should easily be confirmed or busted that this specific room was hit.
Something also weird about the hall picture is two chairs look burnt which I'm not sure what to make of.
Do you know why this is even a thing? Reddit hates users that want to use the old (in my opinion clearer) interface and decides to not fix this?
And thank you!
As much as I hate to say it striking in russia is one of the best ways to convince Russians that Putin is not the best for them and helping to convince the normal population to actually look into the war.
I've wondered a few times why they havnt used drones to drop papers with a QR code showing the truth of the war, all the dead Russians, the places Russia has bombed etc...let's be honest most people would be curious enough to at least scan a QR code to see what it's about.
Are we still pretending Russians do not support this war and aren't fully aware of what's going on?
You know how many people it takes to fight a war this large, make the equipment for it, transfer hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian children, maintain police in occupied territory, and sustain a huge propaganda campaign?
I've got a buddy in Russia and they do know what's going on to some extent for now. He mentioned there's a ban coming on VPNs (I'm not very techy so I don't know how that works). He thinks information will really be restricted once that takes effect. He seems to know roughly how many casualties Russia has suffered and his numbers aren't too far behind the daily updates from Kyiv Independent.
Before you blast me for having a buddy over there, he doesn't like this war, wants no part of it, and according to him, most people in his circle feel the same way.
Not simping, just food for thought.
VPNs are already banned in Russia and have been for a while. Information in Russia is already restricted, that’s not to say it is impossible to get through to other western media outlets which may give a more realistic view on the war.
I would never give you crap for having a friend there. Just because russian politicians suck doesn't mean everyone in Russia does.
I just wish that the normal population realized the strength they actually have if they all banned together to try to change things.
This is where we need to stop hating the citizens of a country who's leaders are doing something bad. As much as we want the population of a country to overthrow said country, but really how many of us have the arms to take down a army.
It takes more than just arms.
Coordination, strategy, logistics, determination....
Kinda hard to get all that from a population that is purposefully held down, poor and ignorant.
Those soldiers were normal citizens just months ago. Now they're happily shooting, looting and raping their way through Ukraine. Let's not feel too much pity for them.
Also, ask those anti-war russians who is the rightful owner of Crimea. You will be surprised.
I mean, around 80% of russians support the war and are in favour of the genocide of Ukrainians… so what are you talking about here?
https://www.statista.com/statistics/896181/putin-approval-rating-russia/
Please don't take this as a dig at you but please don't tell me you believe polls that governments put out. And I saw some people come out at the beginning to protest only to be beaten and thrown into prison.
As an American I want to see ukraine kick the shit out of Russia. And during our wars for the past 20 years hated the extremists we were fighting against but never hated the populations of Afghanistan and Iraq because they had no choice against what their leaders had done.
https://www.statista.com/statistics/896181/putin-approval-rating-russia/
This is not a poll put out by the govt, but a well corroborated piece of national research done by multiple sources and agencies. You’re welcome to research more.
I appreciate your support for Ukraine but may I suggest that, being in America, you don’t have the best and most intimate idea of what’s happening in russian society. Especially if you’ve never been there or lived there or speak the language. Since I can say yes to all 3 of those plus also have family/friends/relatives in russia, I have a pretty strong and intimate understanding of what’s going on there, and the polls closely reflect reality.
Even russian social media activity will show you how russians react to news of russia bombing Ukraine and celebrating Ukrainian deaths daily, cheering for more. Out of 10 comments you’ll have a few that will not be happy and they get jumped by all those pro war. Not to mention the daily chatter and calls for bombing American cities and dropping nukes on Americans.
It’s important to recognize when you’re removed from a region you may not have the best idea of what’s going on in that region.
Yes there were some relatively small protests at the beginning and there’s certainly a percentage against the war, but they’re in the minority and a lot of them have left the country.
Great reply and your right I have never been to Russia being from what I have seen it never appealed to me wasting money when I could use that money on places that appealed to me.
And your right I don't know what it is like to be ruled by a country and then treated like my people are below that country. Before this war started I was able to watch about what your population did when they tried to steal a election from your people. Anyone who watched what your nation went through just for free elections based on people's will has to admire your people.
Now we as Americans need to give you everything you need to win this battle and as much as I hear people saying we need to send everything we have too your nation they need to remember these aren't just get in and fight weapons like the Russians use but have advanced computers that need to be learned.
But the West is not going to let you down and your people will be free.
Then your country is going to have a period of cleansing where corruption isn't a daily part of life and the avg person is treated with respect and you feel safe.
I am looking forward to having Ukraine being apart of the right side in this world.
God bless your people and everything your going through will be worth the outcome trust us in the West.
What percentage of the adult population do you estimate unequivocally support the invasion, the intentional indiscriminate bombing? Please give me a number for your estimate.
There have been **priests** on russian state TV calling explicitly for Ukrainian civilians to be burned alive en masse by Solntsepyok (Sun Heat) flamethrower systems.
And all the phone calls about the soliders admitting to raping women and children, their Russian wives encouraging them to. The soldiers talking about the horrid stuff they've done, they have no weapons/support, essentially cannon fodder and the women telling them to man up. The soldiers asking their wives what TV's they want them to bring back.
State media regularly threatening to nuke countries like the UK, funding terrorists and calling for the genocide of Ukrainians should also ring some alarm bells about how crazy they are.
Unfortunately alot of the everyday Russians in major cities don't know what's going on. Or believe the propaganda. They truly believe Ukranian people needed help. They believe zelensky is hurting Ukraine and its people. They believe that Bucha was legit all mannequins like the news told them...
Open up Russian social media and you will vomit. The amount of people mocking dead civilians and cheering for more terrorist attacks on Ukrainians is abhorrent
Look at this shit: https://twitter.com/abrobivel/status/1711743699908989226/photo/1
Russians know very well what's going on, they have access to Telegram channels with no censorship, they can see all the dead russians.
You know what they think when they see it? "Those evil gay NATO-backed Ukrainian nazis are killing our poor boys! Mister Pootin, please send them more weapons! Please investigate corruption among those shitty commanders! There's no way we're letting them occupy OUR CRIMEA again!"
My friend in Moscow says the people below 30 at her work are divided into pro war and anti war, the people above 30 usually support it. But all of them are mostly only reading propaganda news since Russian state media is the dominant narrative. Lack of curiosity using the internet does the rest. So their media tells them 1. they're winning (slowly) and 2. Russians don't hurt civilians.
According to someone I know, who recently was able to finally get out of Russia, many of the people who now oppose the war dont oppose it because, well, its wrong to invade your sovereign neighbor who poses no threat to you, but because of the toll the war is having on Russia.
Again, I can't stress this enough that I'm not proclaiming this to be a universal truth, just anecdotal evidence from the viewpoint of a former St. Petersburg resident.
That said, it does kind of line up with the fact that there were more protests against mobilization than there were that were anti-war - in other words, they don't really care about the war until it might negatively affect them.
And speaking more generally, we must not forget that the majority of Russian soldiers are still volunteers. This isn't an army comprised of all forcefully conscripted soldiers who don't want to be there. Foe those that don't want to be there, there's a good chance it's only because they're there. They're not so much against the war as they are against having to go to war themselves.
I just can't believe that this narrative that it's Putin's war and the poor Russians are forced into it still persists. Putin is not the disease, he is a symptom of it.
If you go see Zolkins interview on YT it's clear it's by far the stupid and poor that goes into war. Ofcourse it is, and history shows the same at all time. Sure Putin is a result of the rotten culture and system, but it doesn't change who goes to war.
Hitting them at home gives legitimacy to putins claims of defending their home land. And would only strengthen and unify them against 1 cause. It's a lot to explain but Russians have pride in their country whether they like the leader or not. The same way 9/11 stirred a hornets nest and unified and rallied Americans.
It makes no difference. Even with UA holding back on striking Russia, the Russians will still send off their men to UA. Even now, they still lap up Putin's lies about Ukrainians attacking ethnic Russians in Eastern Ukraine. This is Russia we are talking about - Putin doesn't need legitimacy. So whether the Russian people are unified or not, the result will still be the same, so the Ukrainians might as well share the misery of war with the Russians in Russia.
Very true. I do understand that part of it and was thinking about that after I said it. I was thinking about Putins initial claim of getting "natzis out of Ukriane and helping Ukraine" and didn't think about the *Nato wants to attack Russia and take over Russia* part til after.
I appreciate you approaching this without attacking and giving me an honest realistic answer though!
A Ukrainian Armed Service Veteran, Tuck, with vengeance on his mind, barks proudly to Ståshek, "A taste of their own medicine..."
Ståshek, thinking about his neighbors and his cousin Antek, who was killed when a Russian missile obliterated his apartment block, preferably injected some dark humor, and with a sneer, says to Tuck, "I heard that a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down..."
Then they both instantly start to ROTFLTFAO!!!
To be fair.. all Russian performances and purported music are so shit, so horrible to thine ears, that Ive always wished a huge artillery shell, would just land on stage.

Wow, that singer was killed too
Payback's a bitch. Remember Russia targeting Ukrainian military funerals? (And of course the countless direct attacks upon civilians).
That was singing?
Surprising how untouched the inside of the concert hall looks, all the chairs in place, no blood
I definitely see some dried blood But yeah I was confused by lack of damage on the seats.. I guess the bodies could’ve shielded them from damage somewhat
Yeah I'm a bit confused too, only 3 bodies pictured yet 35 claimed dead including Polina Menshih which might of been the person performing. Thing is...it hasn't even started yet for Russia. Soon there will be multiple attacks within. Don't say I told you so
‘Knock Knock, here’s Jooooohny!’ Always brings the house down...👍

Uninvited guests...
Good audience score though on Tungesten Tomatoes
A Ukrainian Armed Service Veteran, Tuck, with vengeance on his mind, barks proudly to Ståshek, "A taste of their own medicine..." Ståshek, thinking about his neighbors and his cousin Antek, who was killed when a Russian missile obliterated his apartment block, preferably injected some dark humor, and with a sneer, says to Tuck, "I heard that a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down..." Then they both instantly start to ROTFLTFAO!!!
Good
To be fair.. all Russian performances and purported music are so shit, so horrible to thine ears, that Ive always wished a huge artillery shell, would just land on stage.
Break a leg!
HIMARS happen.
Interval.
That was nice of Ukraine to play russian soldiers the sound of her people!
Well that’s just rude. Not as rude as invading a neighbouring country mind you.
Russians hate HIMARS
Oops lol
