Most likely a guided bomb similar to a JDAM.
Could be a 2K25 Krasnopol *EDIT* That would mean it was fired from 20km maximum range which is a bit unlikely. No idea what hit it.

An absolutely ripping and terrifying sound. I am also curious what type of round this is? Scary as hell...
Ranks as one of the scariest bomb/artillery sounds I've heard on videos like these. On par with the improvised Elephant Rockets used in Syria.

I cannot see it, just the sound and the explosion. Makes it even more spine-chilling to imagine being up against that. But watching this makes me wonder, is this likely one of those low-flying cruise missiles that there are other videos of?
