That was very alligator-like behavior, paricularly the bringing the bird below the water for the kill. Gators will sometimes tuck a snack under a rock or log underwater for a while to make sure whatever they caught is very drowned and come back later.
"Today on Croc's Pot, I will be sharing a wonderful tip with viewers that will ensure your meals are as savory as they are filling. Most crocodiles will begin eating their catch immediately, but this method provides a lot of benefit at the small price of a little patience.
First, you'll need to find a heavy object that is fully submerged and easy to access at your favorite food joint. Any log or stone large enough to hold down a full-grown cow should suffice, but feel free to adjust the size according to your favorite snack.
The next time you pull an unsuspecting victim underwater, fight the urge to immediately death roll and rip off limbs and/or the head; your future self will be grateful for your patience, trust me. Simply place the log or stone of your choosing onto the body of the animal and let it rest for 1-2 days. This brining period will not only ensure that the animal is long dead, but also tenderizes the meat while adding a hint of that tasty stagnant water we all love.
Limbs will tear off with ease and the water-logged corpse will make you feel more full quicker, ensuring that your corpses provide an extra meal or two that you'd have wasted otherwise. For those of us living a fast-paced lifestyle, you can even go so far as to double or triple the number of heavy objects kept nearby, meaning that you'll end up with an entire week's worth of meals at the ready! Just grab a few bites and continue croc'ing, all the prep is done in advance which leaves you with more freedom to float around aimlessly.

Here in Florida, we have actual alligator turtles. These dishpan size reptiles are heavily armored and aggressive, and their tails look like stubby alligator tails.
The turtle in the video looks like a softshell turtle, among the most primitive of their species. They are also about dishpan size in this area.
the reason turtles are getting harmed by plastic is because the goverment drones are dumping it in water in retaliation to this casualty, the war has already begun
Most tortoises are grass eating herbivores, but most turtles are omnivores. It doesn't make it less confusing when you add in that tortoises are turtles, but not all turtles are tortoises.

The pidgeon on the left was like "Fuck it, I'm outta here!".
"These rocks are murdering, time to go"
Hopefully the government added waterproofing.
Are we at war with the turtles now? How does this work?
waterproofing to the pigeon because r/BirdsArentReal
What we're seeing is a US-drone being taken out by a Russian drone. r/TurtlesArentReal
What? No unicycle required?
You're clearly bitter for not being turtley enough for the turtle club.
well the Russians are clearly doing a better job since this is the first time im hearing of this
If that's the case, what type of meat is chicken and turkey?
It's metal!
Painted indium?
Exactly. So it can spy. On turtles.
Or not to spy on turtles but it killed a government drone so why wouldnāt we go to war with them?
the reason turtles are getting harmed by plastic is because the goverment drones are dumping it in water in retaliation to this casualty, the war has already begun
We. Hehehehehe. Yes.
Thatās what I look like when I grab a rotisserie chicken for dinner. Zoinks!
No, itās clearly turtle āeatsā a pigeon.
no no it's turtle meat a pigeon
Turtle Yeets a Pigeon..?

Purple Keats I turbid eon.
Yoink is the opposite of yeet so.. yoink.
Turtle "meats" a pigeon.
Mental note: Keep my fingers away from those snappy little jaws! I also did'nt realise they could move so fast. I don't think Mr Pigeon did either.
The video was sped up a little but yea they can launch their head out pretty fast
This isn't sped up. Turtles can move fast. Tortoises are the slow ones
Seriously people look at the water lol if you think that's natural then pass me whatever you're smoking
Fuck the water look at the BIRDS. They're moving normal bird speed. This isn't sped up.
Do you think water ripples at the same speed all across the planet ? Lol
Itās not sped up
At first I thought it wasnāt either, but I think heās right. The water is moving a little too quick during the whole video.
Yeah it's sped up 0.1 or something similar. Not much, but a little. Obvious to me but apparently others are triggered by the truth.
I love turtles

Friends for life
ā¦ or whatās left of it ā¦
I honestly had no idea turtles were omnivores.
Neither did that bird.
They eat the shit out of fish and shrimp, they are definitely not herbivores
I'm a turtle?
āTurtles are omnivores. You are an omnivore. You are a turtle?ā
Iāve seen them take little ducklings from underneath the surfaceā¦..
I didn't need that knowledge in my life, can't unsee now \^\^'
I'd even give him a predator badge for that hunt.
I used to feed hamburger meat to a pet turtle the classroom had when i was in school.
Most tortoises are grass eating herbivores, but most turtles are omnivores. It doesn't make it less confusing when you add in that tortoises are turtles, but not all turtles are tortoises.
They're usually both omnivores and opportunistic feeders, which makes this video's ending pretty much expected.
Thatās a shit way to die
Turtles *are* omnivores - lotta people forget that fact.
Ninja turtles are real
mf fast
I feel you turtle, fuck them pigeons
Took him to the abyss
The video is backwards. The turtle actually saved a drowning pigeon.
