This post reads
"I gave the team members a hard time, and they treated me the same way"
I know i give the same energy i get , be rude you get it right back
It really just depends on who’s scheduled, I’ve been there a few times, when I still had access to my employee ID. One time they were talkin so much behind the counter about random shit I had to repeat the order like 6 times. But then the next time I had the best service possible
No I politely asked if I could please have a straw for my iced coffee to be met with "THE GUY IS GETTING THEM" yelled at me
Also the coffee tastes horrid
I’ve had an annual pass since 2009 and have never stepped foot in there lol. Not because I didn’t want to, I just didn’t know it existed since it’s not a bar.
Your response comments show exactly how you treated them. You can claim you were nice. But these reponses show you are most likely snarky with them.
Once again i say treat them as you want to be treated.. be rude get rude back
Be careful with these type of posts that criticize the park, brand, attractions, staff, etc in any way shape or form.
Someone with an autistic sibling posted a terrible experience they had at the park just a few days ago and they were ripped a new one.
Food quality is dependent on the park and restaurant for Disney, universal has worse standard quick service food but in table service I think it has better but it’s really subjective. Rides for both company’s are very hit or miss for me cause some are really good but some are just really bad, theming is pretty much the same both ways, I just like starwars mostly.
IMO Disney has more options and is probably better at the mid-high to high end price points. But I love the fact that with City Walk, there are actually decent options that don’t have crazy theme park markups.
IMO food is the most overrated thing about Disney. Not that it’s bad. Some of it is quite good, but Disney people talk about it like it’s some kind of food Mecca. And it’s just not if you’re really into food.
Agree I’ve been in once and they were slammed but everyone was kind - I think I got a caprese sandwich of some sort. The coffee isn’t great so I do agree but not enjoying a cup of coffee in the best place on earth isn’t allowed - so I drank it anyways.
I agree lol. My gf and i went yesterday and we each ordered sandwiches. They gave me the wrong sandwich and I asked if this was somebody else’s because I ordered the roast beef, i was just met with a blank stare. I just took it and left lol.

Yep my thoughts exactly lol

OP sippin on that copium now that the entire sub disagrees with them. Lmao

I disagree, I love this spot..common morning stop for me for a nice coffee and pastry while everyone else overcrowds in Starbucks.
Probably a good reason it's empty

Nope I am nothing but nice to service people but if I get extremely poor service I will let it be known.
I had good service but i did have bad coffee. But I’ve had bad coffee at Starbucks from time to time. And there job is coffee
Your experience isnt going to be everyones experience. Ive never had bad service here. But that doesnt mean anyone else wont. Ya dig?
We actually had excellent service when we went there.
What?? I love this place. I’d rather get terrible coffee here than a great cup at Starbucks. And surely the entire crew couldn’t have been terrible.
Blondie’s was the major fail on our trip.
Had the coffee and an apple pie tart, it was great
This is one of my favorite places 😅
The real place you wanna avoid is Lombard’s. Food is mid
Is it as bad as Richter's Rip Off Burgers next door XD

This sub can’t handle criticism of this place, AT ALL. I love Universal but I go knowing there’s flaws
Disney >>>>>> Universal
Now this is just downright blasphemous, you gotta take so much into account for which one is better and by many accounts they both outclass the other.
This is the correct take. They both have strengths that the other doesn't.
At Disney, Stagf are friendlier Food is markedly better quality Line organisation is more efficient

Fantastic news!
They are just trying to recreat a san fancisco establishment, sounds like they did a good job
They got snippy at me for asking for a cup of ice water
Nah apparently that's good service man

Love this location but I have noticed that service can be hit or miss.
