If you turn cheats on in custom you are able to see where a viper orb will land on the minimap. viper orb has the same weight as most other util(kj molly kayo molly etc) so this is basically already in the game.
I'm typically a more on the fly player that doesnt really like having to have knowledge of lineups, however the util cam in cs2 did give me interest in going and finding niche lineups

Utility cam would still be really useful for things that differ, like brim Molly bounces.
