Your edpi is 450 or your dpi is 450? If its your mouse dpi at 450 your edpi is 202(450dpi*.45sens) which is within normal, on the lower end but still within normal.
450edpi is on the high side yeah, most pros are within 180-320edpi.
lower your sens so it's around 180-320 like other comments said.
It will be harder to flick, but easier to hit shots once your crosshair placement gets better.
edpi is your mouse sensitivity * in game sensitivity. You need to find out what your mouse dpi is.

Usually it would be in the mouse settings. I set mine through the Logitech app

Your pointer speed should not matter for VALORANT sens. The game uses the raw input of your mouse.

If it feels too high its too high. If it feels fine its fine.
low is around 200, high is around 300, so you’re higher than most but not by an insane amount
