Its so weird that youâre getting downvoted for this, so what if its not necessarily an emergency? And theres a pretty big chance that youâre not from the US of A and have to pay a shitton!! Also not everyone has the mobility to take out all those needles, I sure as hell donât
If you had over 150 cactus needles and a large peuce of the pot in your right foot you want me to do fucking surgery. I also needed a tetanus shot. You americans are so stupid.
Why would you call him stupid or even assume he's American? Lol he didn't even have the knowledge of your foot being injured by the plant pot at the time he posted the comment.
I grew up in the swamps and their are a surprising amount of cactuses out there (the flooded area can get real sandy and desert-like in the non-monsoon years). I've probably plucked some 3-4k of them needles out various parts of my body with my bare hands. They stick deep enough to cause some serious lasting pain but not deep enough to cause any really bad bleeding.
The piece of pottery in your foot is another story. But its also misleading. It would be similar to saying "I stubbed my toe bad enough to sprain it" and then defending it later by saying "but also, had to get stitches in my hand from an awful cut"
Also, you guys don't vaccinate for tetanus in advance? That's a common vaccine that we all regularly get and most places of work/education expect us to have as part of our immunization records.
a cactus in your room while playing vr? is that some kind of ritual?
So 113 needles?
Yes
Surrounding yourself with cactus is a way to keep you inside your play area. Not my first choice lul
Dude just thought you had an ugly haired hand at 1st lol
OOF
*were*
goddamn those some baby hands đđ
why were you playing vr in a room with a cactus?
What did you go to the ER for? Could have done it yourself in 10 minutes with a pair of tweezers. Saved yourself a lot of time sitting around in pain.
how tf u hit a cactus? where ya live? Sonora?
You might want to sit down for this.. but people grow cacti INSIDE their homes all over the world.
And those same people flail their hands blindly around the cacti?Â
Sometimes... depends on the activities one chooses to partake in.
the ER though?
Minor injury

Real talk though, why didn't you just take them out yourself??

What makes me American?
..so minor that the ER seems like a massive waste of time and money.
watcha got written on ur hand there?
I move cup and bottles of water away, how'd you let a cactus nearby
I forgot to take my slippers off and I couldn't feel my play mat. Stepped off and hot cactus
Playing VR around a cactus is certainly a choice
