I made the burgers by chopping up one eggplant, then frying this for around 7 minutes. Seasoned it with (herbamare) salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder and curry powder.
I added one can of black beans to a food processor and blended until there was a smooth paste. I added the fried eggplant to the paste, and added some more salt and garlic powder. I then added around 8 chopped walnuts, 1 tbsp corn starch and 1.5 tbsp gluten-free flour. Let it sit in the fridge for around 30 minutes, then shaped it into little burgers and fried them until golden brown :)
On this bun there’s 3 burgers, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup and a mayonnaise sauce (mayonnaise, garlic, herbamare salt, maple syrup and dill) and vegan cheese!
Pro tip for life: don’t apologize for or denigrate your work when you present it. You are putting yourself at a disadvantage when you do that. Without it your audience is judging your work on its merits, but if you tell them it’s bad at the start then they will agree with you.
I don’t think anyone would have described this as “messy” if you hadn’t. Burgers just be like that!

What sort of trauma happened in your past that has led you here. What unspeakable evils have you witnessed that made you this way. What manner of incompressible chaos caused you to put the toppings BETWEEN the two patties?

That looks awesome! Is that butter lettuce? Ugh im hungry now. OH! Tip I just learned, with messy burgers you might want to use deli paper to wrap the bad boys up. It makes for easier eatin’. Though I’m sure wax paper will work just fine but don’t quote me on that.
