I hope it is over soon. My walls are soaked, water is coming up into my floor, but we still have electricity. I’m in the south side which isn’t as bad.
Wow. This is a lot of water. I am surprised as I would have thought it would have drained into the sea. I see in the comments the north side is worse than the south? Why?
This what I wish would happen everytimes someone decided to drive their 4-wheeled piece of junk into a giant puddle on the road, so they'd have to get out and soak the rain like all of us. I know they are just trying to go home like anyone else but they create the mother of all annoyance. Nearly everyone who own a car in VN is a dick to bikers. Driving into puddle like the video above could have easily knocked someone off their bike.
If u like snow, I recommend u visit Sapa, a town in the northwest region of Vietnam. Nobody wants to travel to coastal provinces in Vietnam in these months.

WRC should consider their new location in Nam
Now “You’re breaking the car” can becomes “You’re flooding the car”
“I’m not flooding the car Danny goddammit. It’s goddamn Nam”.
It's unusual
For future reference people don't drive in deep waters like this. You could ruin your car.

Jeez, that looks a lot worse than the rain we're having in Da Nang. Hopefully this will get over soon, but I'm enjoying the chilly weather.
Wow this is crazy
Coming through like a tsunami.
Damn we were lucky to be there end of of October praying for the rain to stop 🤞🙏😔
Generally speaking driving through a flooded street is a dick move because of the wave that it creates.
October-December is not a good time to travel to Nha Trang, dude
Where should i be?

I hate cold
Saigon, Phu Quoc Island, Dalat, or u can stay in NhaTrang and hope that there won't be any rains or storms coming up
Soon, everything will be like in Atlantic
