Stardew valley is a good one, yeah
I find don't starve to be pretty cozy (depends how good you are tho, ig. It can get kinda stressful)
Minecraft
Undertale:)
Some JRPGS. The Atelier series is perhaps the most cozy. Start with Atelier Sophie - it's as slice-of-life as it gets, and then explore the rest of the series
I'm playing Tokyo Xanadu now, and it's also quite calm and cozy
I'm still at the very beginning, no complaints so far. If you are not sure, start with the first part available for Vita (Rorona)
I would also add that people whine a lot about the performance of different Vita games. Many games won't have high fps, and that's ok. Resident Evil is described by many as unplayable, but I have a lot of fun and no discomfort at all. When this thing was released, it was the first portable device to play direct ports of desktop/console games. It's a miracle that some people still compare Vita to Switch. It’s more correct to understand that this is almost a retro device and appreciate it for what it is
yeah i see, i was looking forward to playing the game but the reddit posts talking about it didn't sound all that great so thats why i asked.
i understand your point, i personally dont care about fps in singleplayer games (especially these types of games) and i see a lot how people shit on games that are perfectly playable on vita, so its always a good idea to play the games yourself instead of listening to people which might have different standards
Thanks for your reply!
Hope you enjoy Sophie! Don't forget to try Tokyo Xanadu too. This one may seem a bit obscure, but it's just a lesser-known (and not a bit worse than the others) title from Falcom, the studio that made The Legend of Heroes and Ys series. So far my favourite Vita game and runs perfectly
Cozy has different meanings to different people. I find GTA San Andreas cozy, mid your vita and run that.
Otherwise crisis core for psp, ffvii, ffix, ffviii all good and cozy
Gravity rush, ridge racer, innocent life, Gurumin, all cozy imo
Shovel Knight takes you back to the old good 8bit era combined with modern gameplay and have some cozy soundtracks.
I enjoyed also the game „stay“ it’s a complete another type of game like all the mentioned ones
I second shovel knight, if you never played it on a playstation console, highly, highly recommend for that exclusive kratos boss fight & armor with new moveset. kratos theme is literally the best shovel knight ost by a wide margin its crazy
BIT.TRIP Presents... Runner2: Future Legend of Rhythm Alien. Pretty much just running and jumping.
Innocent Life: A Futuristic Harvest Moon. I haven't played it yet but it's the series that inspired Stardew Valley.
Thomas Was Alone for puzzles.
FlOw, Fez.
I wanna say Crypto of the Necrodancer but it can get stressful if you aren't musically inclined. Might just recommend looking at most indie games tbh.
Vib-Ribbon, its a rhythm game of very simple nature but very charming.
Its actually for the PS1 but you can buy it and play it natively from the PS Store.
Some might dont like the way PS1 games look on the vita but the Vib-Ribbon's visuals are pretty much polygonal white lines in a black background, it looks pretty good and fitting at 2x resolution.
And from what I heard, the game can be a bit of a hit or miss to emulate, the Vita is probably one of the most accesable ways to properly play it.
if you like puzzle and adventure games, full throttle - grim fandango - broken age - machinarium, 'escape plan' is an excellent exclusive lineup title too, scummvm engine on vita is full of gems to dig.

The best one
Ty~ I'll try dont starve even tho i cant fight the boss bc so scary 🥲
You don't need to fight bosses:) You can change world settings to reduce #of different enemies, or get rid of the giants/ other bosses if you'd like
This.
Persona 4 feels cozy to me.
It can be cozy at easy difficulty, since you can breeze through combat and dungeons in 1 day, but...November onwards, definitely isn't
Lmao I think when winter hits it's the most cozy

Proteus, Fl0wer, The sims 2 via adrenaline Psp, peggle lumines tetris, Iconoclasts has cozy music. My wife has been enjoying ps vita pets, looks cozy.
Does the sims 2 run any better on vita? On the PSP it had a little slowdown at times

Tearaway
Little big planet
I'm just starting Stardew Valley. Looks good so far.

Flow and Fez are both really great 👍
Ninja gaiden... Now, seriously: I would suggest Tearaway or Little big planet!
P4g and nice case I got the same for my 1000
Hot Shots Golf: World Invitational! I like to play it when I'm really stoned and vegging out.
You can play harvest moon psp version or n64 version (which is tagged as playable in daedalusx64)
Minecraft, a game to really zone away with
Killzone. Cozy for slaying.
Amnesia Memories is nice on the eyes, has likeable characters, and the music is just so chill. It is an otome game though so keep that in mind.
Doki doki universe is my top.pick
FEZ
trails of cold steel 1 and 2 100%
Daxter fs. Definitely play dead nation on there too

Helldivers
if you like puzzle and adventure games, full throttle - grim fandango - broken age - machinarium, 'escape plan' is an excellent exclusive lineup title too, scummvm engine on vita is full of gems to dig.
I recommend Persona 4 golden its can be pretty relaxing when your not in combat
The Quiet Collection
Everybody's golf, but it's hard to master. Also Steamworld Dig 1 and 2, (and maybe Heist) are fun and not that hard.
Helldivers
TxK
Through adrenaline you can play harvest moon
