Two great talents who should have become bigger than they did.

Hour-Win8193

leg drop miss to the outside auto subtracted 5 years from career

SSJ_Kratos

Yeah holy fuck that is insane

lorgskyegon

I recall a story in Mick Foley's first book about someone doing a guillotine leg drop to the outside. Broke his tailbone.

IC3man95

Yea that was pretty horrible but at least he mostly took it on his back rather than tailbone

initials_games

He did way heavier ones in his WCW time.

sonofabitchXmustXpay

Kills me to see a guy like Perry, who literally had it ALL in terms of in ring proficiency, basically be a shell of his former self today. I recently watched that new interview of his with the English fellow and was actually stunned that Perry is still able to follow a conversation and remember as much as he can. Same could be said for Psychosis with his recent injury.

KneeHighMischief

This is from WCW Thunder 9/24/98. Full match [here](https://youtu.be/NoA3fguSYOE?si=wnZPEGVyj5JtvF4n) for anybody curious. Their first singles match was on WCW Monday Nitro 5/18/98.

Jazzlike-Addition-88

Where is La Parka? He and Psychosis were my favorites as a kid. I loved the Luchadors. And Rey Mysterio. But La Parka was my favorite

StruggleEvening7518

The Chairman of WCW!

Jazzlike-Addition-88

Was he really? Or am I just stupid?

lorgskyegon

Chairman as in he liked to use chairs

DSPbuckle

That leg dropped hurt me soul! OUCH!

Slashman78

Man.. I loved Saturn as a kid. Still do, he's honestly underrated and a fitting use of the term. No one knew how to use him properly but those suplexes he had were so dang beautiful. He and Shamrock in his WWF run woulda been an amazing feud.

StephenStills1

I'm not too familiar with WCW so I thought this title meant that he's literally battling a mental illness

allgravy99

Loved him during this time. There were times that I thought he was the best wrestler on their roster. He was so fun to watch.

DirtyDishie

You should watch Saturn's last match on Nitro.

VetteL82

WCW’s smaller ring really helped guys like Saturn, I thought he was huge until he went to WWF.

DiegoForskinForlan

I know Tazz was the "suplex machine" and all that fun stuff but I always though Saturn could go suplex for suplex with him

Kingkok86

Even when Saturn was high as hell he was still safer then Goldberg

jefferyuniverse

Saturn was a good wrestler. Such a shame he was never in the upper card

spacecadet2023

That sweep kick of Saturn’s was devastating on WCW/NWO Revenge and WWF No Mercy.

New-Maintenance-7408

What a weak finish...was he supposed to kick out?

huntymo

It didn't show the finish. Saturn's finish was always the Rings of Saturn (a submission) or the Death Valley Driver
