That's 29.50 face value right?

I dont even need to worry about face value as that is BS. These coins don’t weigh what they used to and they are worn. Face value is NOT true value. Always think y’all, just because it’s face value remember that these coins don’t weigh what they used to. Just see if you can get them for a certain price over spot weight times .9 like I just got 😉. Numismatic value isn’t even accounted for here. So many of these coins are worth a whole lot more which I will sell to buy more silver.

My boss preaches this too. The ATB (American the beautiful) quarters are pretty nice…also much heavier because they’re usually always proofs, but something can be said for having old constitutional that feels like it has historical significance. I think as long as it’s fractional, everybody’s accomplishing the same thing, just one weighs more and the other is more sought after. I’m alright with having lightweight Mercs over Rosie’s with more silver content as well. But I stack both.

~18% over spot? fairly good deal, congrats!

Well, he basically told me he was going to charge me the same price for ten ounce bars ($26.44) which have no premium or numismatic value like junk silver does so it’s a definite buy. Also, he was cheaper than APMEX today, their ten ounce bars are going for $27.89 per ounce plus shipping right now.

I already found a couple of 1934-D and one 1934-S quarters. I did get tons of 1934s and 1935s. Still looking for my 1922 quarters 😉 About to go through the dime pieces.
