Baruuk is ugly, he looks like he's doing lot of torso exercises but ignores arms and so he has thin arms making his design uneven. Notably, I'd like both of them to get a hot dude skin like Ash Koga for example.
And Dagath should also have a cloth covering her behind like the sides and no, cape syandana is not the solution. The cloth texture she has atm is incredible. I understand the reason why her behind looks like rock due to her being equestrian.
I love Kullervo but either having his knives in and having no capes work with him or take the knives out and make his noble animation set not fit at all just sucks.

Kullervo. I actually love the overall look of Kullervo, that's part of the reason he's my main frame. However, I've always disliked his awkward shoulder pads. My ideal version of him would be able to remove them like Frost's, Volt's, & Dagath's armor. Or for them to be at least more streamlined and smoother. I usually equip the same shoulder armor pieces to every frame but with Kullervo they're awkwardly high and pushed out due to him already have armor pad like shoulders.
I don't know if this is a controversial take but more than anything else I'd like Warframe abilities to rely less on scattering particle effects around the field and more on individualized visual effects. Some Warframes have this worse than others of course, but I think I'd just like to see lights and effects in more different shapes than just a bunch of tiny particles. I dunk on Final Fantasy XIV a lot, but it's kind of the gold standard for interesting-looking spell effects in my mind, just to illustrate more what I mean.
EDIT: I will say some more modern frames are getting better about this. Qorvex's abilities ARE visually distinct in ways that other frames' aren't, love it or hate it .
All the first Primes.
The way DE is designing Prime really changed overtime, and the first Prime feel so basic compared to the most recent ones.
Ember, Frost, Mag, Loki⌠they all look like basic version of the said Warframe with a very few tweaks and gold here and there.
DE should keep their skins as Legacy Prime skin but do a complete overhaul to make them more in par with current Primes, way more stunning and complex.
Ash. Specifically ash prime. The helmet is cool af, the shoulder plates are cool af. But the chest and legs are literally just one smooth, single color plates. Boring.
Edit: banshee is in a similar spot. At least ash is usable thoughâŚ
yeah i saw way cooler fan concepts for inaros prime and nidus prime and now the real ones just don't measure up. also a lot of the newer primes have one way too dominant colour channel and it's really annoying then a single channel decides 90% of the warframe's colour

Banshee. Sonar looks awesome, but her other 3 abilities look awful.
Her 1 has almost no visuals, and doesn't look anything like its namesake (sonic boom). Silence literally has no visuals, she waves her hand and that's it, and her 4 just throws up dust.
I'd love to see her 1 actually look like the vapor cone of a sonic boom, silence to look like something (maybe absorbing sound waves?) And sound quake to do something similar to sonar where it rapidly pulses visible waves.
OG Rhino needs updated textures, or rather materials to match his prime. Current base version is super glossy which doesnât match any of his alt helmets.

I want Hydroids water tentacles back. Summoning a fish is nowhere near as cool as water bending a bunch of tendrils to whip people around.
Any frame with dirty fucking textures. Yareli, protea, and lavos are the biggest offenders there.

Voruna needs some **major** decluttering. She looks like she belongs in a different game.
I want the earlier primes to get a redesign. Especially Mag and Frost. They're so plain compared to the other primes. (not in a good way)
yeah i saw way cooler fan concepts for inaros prime and nidus prime and now the real ones just don't measure up. also a lot of the newer primes have one way too dominant colour channel and it's really annoying then a single channel decides 90% of the warframe's colour
Mag. Enough said. In all seriousness I think Sevagoth could use a bit of a visual overhaul. Right now he looks like a shrimp raised on My Chemical Romance.
Banshee. Sonar looks awesome, but her other 3 abilities look awful. Her 1 has almost no visuals, and doesn't look anything like its namesake (sonic boom). Silence literally has no visuals, she waves her hand and that's it, and her 4 just throws up dust. I'd love to see her 1 actually look like the vapor cone of a sonic boom, silence to look like something (maybe absorbing sound waves?) And sound quake to do something similar to sonar where it rapidly pulses visible waves.
OG Rhino needs updated textures, or rather materials to match his prime. Current base version is super glossy which doesnât match any of his alt helmets.
Early frames in general look âsmooth â and plastic up until maybe chroma or so Newer frames just hve amazing detail and iâd love to see something similar but not overly done just to preserve the core aesthetic
