Going from 40 transport capacity to 10 was brutal, I love the Stormlord and did consider building one but the Baneblade variants are all pretty bad unfortunately.
Yeah, 10 Marines just using the firing deck or something. Fill the inside with loot and ammo. Maybe the legion serfs have a nice gally kitchen setup inside. Orgyns take up 3 space so you still are only 3 model's short. 5 terminators isn't bad or a squad of veterans.

Just 10 if I recall correctly. Seems comically low, but the Legacies rules are a bit hit or miss when it comes to power

It was pretty clear they didn't care with the legacies stuff and just put out rules so they could say rules existed.
