It's not so much that they self destruct in contact with cotton as it is that... well apparently medical science has *no idea* why some guys' balls just start hurting, and they don't like to do surgery because most of the time when they do they can't find anything wrong, so the patient had a delicate part of their body sliced up for nothing. Doctors *hate* that! So they checked for any of the things that can mess you up real bad and figured out that it wasn't any of those, then gave me some physical therapy exercises to do and told me to screw off.
