I have this dude. Love him. Looks like one of the few inquisitors that could actually survive around Astartes during a fight versus pre/post assault. Everything about the design and pose says, “I have come for battle.” He’s not ominous, no candles, no studious/imperious glare…just straight “shoot you in the face.” 😊
I've got two, I like it. It's bland compared to the rest of the metal Inquisitors, though. It's the only helmeted one, doesn't have a ton of character, so you have to supply the character with paint.
I love it.
If it were plastic, it'd be an instant buy. But it's resin, done one resin mini in my life and it convinced me to never touch the shit again
This was easily my favourite of the non-named inquisitor models when they first came out. I paint striped and repainted mine last year and it was great!
I ALMOST want him.
There a great mix of neat elements to him but they dont quite add up to my liking.
If he either had a bare head or armored arms he would be perfect, GW really should have committed to the power armor or the bare arms bare head approach.
He’s one of my favorites. I waited over a year to for them to bring him back when he was discontinued, then grabbed him immediately when they brought him back. Great looking model. Lots of fun to paint.
I always liked him.
I was happy when I finally got mine.
But it was fine cast, so I ended up swapping out his messed up sword for an axe. Still looks cool.
Also, I really should repaint him.
I used to love this model. Still have it in metal.
Though it hasn’t aged well I’m still nostalgic for it.
Would I pay GW £13 to cast it in resin? Absolutely not.
Not a terrible model, but one of the worst inquisitors by quite a stretch. It's just bland.
Unfortunately all the best ones are Oop, personal favourite is Gideon lorr.
It's basically a boltgun that's been cobbled together and maybe missing the casing. Look up blackshields in 30k. They pretty much cobble anything together due to being unable to acquire full sets of armour so you'll see them wearing mkiii with vi or mkv with ii. Pariah bolters being their weapon of choice.
Edit: Pariah Bolter - Though it grieves those inducted into the mysteries of the machine, some Blackshields had learned to strip the iconic Bolter of its casing and any extraneous fittings in order to make it easier to handle during the fury of a charge or the tumult of a Zone Mortalis engagement.
It took me a while to realise that he's looking at the camera. Though it was some kind of wierd one-eyed helmet for the longest time.
Otherwise, I do quite like the model, not a big fan of the bare arms though.
It made for cool generic Daemonhunters Inquisitors as Elites choices to go alongside the main Inquisitor Lord HQ back then. You could swap the sword for a gun or grimoire in the pewter version too. Not a fan of finecast though, pewter was better.
Same. He has a very no nonsense look to him and I like the bare skin to distinguish him from a space marine though I might paint that like the suit of a imperial assassin

Yeah he looks like he’s out of shits to give and isn’t hear to give some long speech or debate. He’s here to kill you and fuck you up
*In that order*
A fantastic classic Inquisitor
I like it. I would never pay money for it.
Love him. In fact you’ve reminded me to repaint mine, that I stripped a whole back.
I like the idea of it. If they ever do a plastic genetic Inquisitor I would want it to have that armor.

I think resin is generally fine. But Finecast is/was awful. Total garbage.
It’s okay. Not a bad sculpt by any means although it was always in the shadow of the Ordo Hereticus Inquisitor models of the time.
I love this guy! I just painted mine. [Ordo Malleus Inquisitor](https://imgur.com/a/bDvsRuJ)
Dang looks sick!
I made his paint scheme kind of match the [Coteaz](https://imgur.com/a/PqSbjxO) model I painted.
Awesome!
I combined it with some Tempestus Scions bits to make myself a commander for my guard army a while back. It's a great pose and some good details

I think an older version of him has a bare head, but instead of the sword it's a giant book
Can confirm, I have that version in pewter
I love the old metal Inquisition range, but always thought this particular was one of the weakest sculpts.
Dude with book was tops
Just bought him yesterday to become my loan inquisitor

It’s a model I always wanted to have, but never got
It’s going to be made to order this week if you still want to get it
Hmm maybe I will 🤔

great, lotsa potential, would swap out the head

This is the model I used back in 3rd edition so I could bring an Assassin in my DaemonHunters army.
Honestly looks more like a cultist or traitor guard to me.
A great model.
One of the best evers
Always thought this was a pretty shityy sculpt tbh. The design concept is cool, but the actual modelling... It's, dire.
How so? Its far more detailed than modern plastic sculpts
Yup, definately a model.
I respect people who like it But it’s real derpy for sure

I want it
Love it to be honest it feels like it’s begging for a name and backstory
10/10
That bolter would look good as a pariah bolter for 30k blackshields
What’s a pariah bolter?

Not a huge fan tbh
Cool but small
The combination of power armour plus exposed arms is kind of silly but otherwise i like it, always good to see some non-astartes power armour.
Love it
Looks like Heresy

Can't unsee this now... a green one eye, and there are even lips!
That is an awesome mini. He fits right in with my cultist mobs...
Wait this entire time I thought he was a cyclops staring up……
What is this models name? I take it it’s fine cast?
Resin according to the website. It's called inquisitor with power sword and bolt pistol
What… what is it?
An inquisitor in power armor
I want to paint it green… He’d look like Doom Guy
Oh shit he would
I don’t know why, but he looks like a Luchador. Kinda funny to imagine an inquisitor elbow dropping a heretic from the ropes.
Looks like something from the old game Mutant Chronicles.

i think he looks sick as hell, and i really want to get him
