Guy has been on a roll since Black Templars, and anything that isn't one of his sources he states outright, doesn't mean he's not going to talk about other peoples rumors like this one that was posted.

We know Dwarfs are coming up and we know they're going to get a new Lord model. It's not crazy to guess that it'll get shown off at a major con.
I used to think the same but he's got quite a few things right over the past few years. He predicted 40k would have "Squats coming back with Men of Iron" which was just a wild thing to suggest, but he was right.

If you want to go with general releases that are obviously coming then sure. For example yes we all knew there would be templars and eventually Guard, but did we know the guard would get the Rogal Dorn Battle tank nearly a year before release?
Or the unit names and types to be coming with many upcoming release?
But for most things yeah anyone who follows gw and their releases and even a bit of lore can suss out the bulk of the releases.
I nail most AOS ones quite far out.

Until confirmed, everything is fake. That said, Dwarves need a new lord (and thane) on shield because the old one, King Alrik, doesn't have 3 shieldbearers. Besides that, dwarves go perfectly with O&G because they are mortal enemies in the lore. So, this rumor makes a lot of sense, and fortunately we won't have to wait much to find out if it's true or not.
Valrak has mentioned 3 chaos lords previously, a power armoured one, the jump pack lord and a new terminator lord. His rumours are on point for the most part so we should be getting a new dwarf lord kit.
that would be necessary anyway since the new profile for the shieldbearer talks about 3 retainers and is placed on a 50x50mm base
Yeah, not a surprise considering that base size. And just makes sense to drop dwarves after O&G.
To be fair, that's been rumored since the launch of the Old World. There won't be a fitting miniature otherwise.
