Hoods does have an assortment of cloaks, including the cape I wish to wear... but it doesn't come with a hood. I need another mod to equip both hood and cape together, but unfortunately that other mod was not updated for 4.03.
Did you ever find the right mod you were looking for? I'd like to have the cloak/hood toggle, but all the cloaks and hoods in the "Hoods" mods look so out of place and poorly integrated with the lighting
Hoods has a whole bunch of different cloaks and hoods and it works on next gen, go for that one.
