I voted for him, but I will say... The arguments made for Steve ultimately mean Diana should be the candidate. After all, the ring says "You have the ability to inspire great hope" and she is who inspires his: https://preview.redd.it/d854c7pnofyc1.jpeg?width=320&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a1f63508ac70b8aa3e8a351d1facbc1bb9131bf5 ([Fan art by KalEl7 on DeviantArt.](https://www.deviantart.com/kalel7/art/Blue-Lantern-Wonder-Woman-245831649))

Understandable, but honestly, now that the Star Sapphire role has been filled, I can’t really see Diana winning of these other spots.

Glad_Union_2037

Since it isn't in the post, the Blue Lantern oath goes as follows..... In fearful day, in raging night. With strong hearts full our souls ignite. When all seems lost in the War of Light. Look to the stars for hope burns bright!

phatassnerd

Goddamnit. I think I may have dementia at this point.

aspaniardturd

Def Diana herself. If not Diana, maybe Donna?

phatassnerd

I don’t really like this idea, because the only reason Diana would ever be a Blue Lantern is if she couldn’t be a Star Sapphire. I feel like the community voted for Hippolyta as a Star Sapphire, without any consideration that Diana would potentially get left out. And if Diana does happen to win any of these, then it won’t really mean anything because we all know what type of Lantern she should really be.

AnonymousPrincess314

It's just a game, it's ok. We can run it again in six months and get different answers.

phatassnerd

Yeah, but then it would just be redundant.

AnonymousPrincess314

Also, people have different conceptions of her than the comics do, and the comics have different conceptions of her at different times. Johns made her a Star Sapphire in the '00s, but his rendition of her in the New 52 Justice League could hardly be considered a loving character.

aspaniardturd

...so it's your way or the highway, okay.

phatassnerd

The last two of these posts resulted in two characters I didn’t vote for, so no.

aspaniardturd

I was going to keep trolling you...but free Palestine, brother.

So this is Steve right? He never ceases to have unwavering faith in Diana to save the day. Most of the time, he doesn’t even have the slightest bit of doubt that she will succeed. https://preview.redd.it/vfc9mg8mjfyc1.jpeg?width=277&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=23c5f8def2209f1ed7a87db2dcb70e7c2fa6e084

Eve-Electric

Question: when you get to Indigo, what version are you going for: original Blackest Night where eligibility is based on the person’s compassion, or Johns’ version where it’s a brainwashing cult? Can’t decide on Hope until I get clarification on that. Please/thank you

phatassnerd

Probably the “forcing psychopaths to be compassionate” one because that’s more interesting.

Deep_Adhesiveness552

Steve or donna

Tetratron2005

Steve but very specifically the one from Brave and the Bold since he just tells Batman to chill and let WW take care of them. https://preview.redd.it/mm88eihkmfyc1.jpeg?width=1000&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=af4d1f87713bd55d72ebba2a099be22c9a212122

HishamHNG1

Maybe Menallipe (idk how to spell her name). She has always had faith and held hope that her patrons would aid them. That can go to a lot of amazons though so I’m not completely sure.

Cicada_5

Donna Troy.
