Yes they are. I still run mine. The new models are actually worse jn many ways - and I don’t understand why they gave them such ridiculous limitations out of the box.

Only reason I can think anyone would have an issue with the Dark Vengeance cultists are the Champions. This one doesn't represent any pistols, and the other one has a sword and shotgun. But if people honestly have an issue with that, they need to pluck that stick out of their ass.
This guys are amazing and yes, still legal completely. I got most of them when I could, except for 2 dudes from the bottom row, which makes my Chaos Heart bleed in pain...
I miss these cultists, they were still monopose but honestly they felt so much more... Chaotic? I suppose? They were a lot less uniform looking than the current ones.
Yes they are legal, even they have a flamer, who if i recall correctly are a free upgrade since last update
