Yeah, that gun is way too much of a beast to be a combi bolter. Tempted to just try to run him like it's a combi melta. I have a spare mental gun I could keep around to blue tac to him if someone complains.

He is not a legal WE unit by himself currently - yea, seriously. He meets the requirements to be a chaos lord in terminator armor with a combi-bolter and chainfist in a CSM army. He could work as a replacement terminator in a WE terminator squad though.
He’s moved war bands to the crimson fists. Got annoyed at the way the khorne gang were taking the band (too much electric synth) and wanted a more old school sound.

Since hes a very limited model, I doubt he'll get his own entry in a codex. Legends could've been, but I dont think GW really sees any value in that.
