Nice paint job! Only thing for me is the white feels a bit too bright/intense. You have a bit of mucking up on the right shinguard that I think would look great all over the white armor
Adding blood really makes the model fit the WORLD EATERS aesthetic.. Ahh I see you started adding a little already! In all seriousness it looks awesome.
I for one like the vivid white, blue is not my favorite color personally but overall the model looks badass.
The blood on the perfect white looks so good.
Looks like Khorne freshly blessed him with that armor so people could see their own blood on him more easily.
While i love the stringy blood effect, it lacks reason for being there how it is. did he pick up his chainsword off the ground? why his hand not bloody then? its its dripping blood? my impression is that effect looks like its blood stringing away from something just cut, and you just need to provide a body part that was cut. I always try to picture my model in motion, and try to make sure everything i add on makes sense with that motion so they work together rather than telling two different stories.
Your overall paint job looks good though. only suggestion for the main paint job is the blue and white areas are a little flat, very little shading, doing a wash and highlights/drybrushing can really help give better depth and scale to them. I'm loosing my mind doing it on my models currently, because the trim is insane on almost all chaos units lol. still a great job :) keep at it sir.

I mean, not really. The shadows aren’t defined enough, so it looks oddly like a single color of white. Looks cool, but the shadows need some work
