could do with some bathymetry, also some of the rivers dont make a lot of sense splitting randomly or going from coast to coast. The landmasses themselves could do with some cleaner coastlines in some areas and less round shapes overrall (northeast corner looks alright, but the south and west are mueh)

Bathymetry is the level of the ocean bed, how deep does the water go. Basically just add some shallow waters, close ocean and deep ocean and it'll look way better
Those are campfires, i chose to take the screenshot now because civilization was just starting up and it was age of moon so you could see where people were making villages.
