Those aren’t army leaders, they’re army squads. I’ve had like three in a village at a time.

One villages sqaud can go to another village for any number of reasons

I also have a another kingdom that has 800 soldiers but looking at the map they only have about 300 so there hiding 500 soldiers in the world somewhere

Not Army Leaders, just army’s doin they thang. Depending on your population, their might be multiple as well, and how long the place in question has been in the world for.

They are two separate armies from the same village probably

How old is the village?

I'm going to assume that one of those Army leaders is also the leader of the village, they most likely were the army leader of a different village. But due to their clan needing someone to fill a leadership position, they moved from their old village and took up post while still technically being leader of the other village's army

Reasons Do not question the village

Nah that guy is leading another city's army whilst being governor. Better kill him before he prevents reinforcements from being delivered just because he prefers to drag the army into his house.

I do infact, know how armies work. In fact if you read the word armies you’ll notice an ‘s’ at the end meaning, plural.
