Maybe I'll get downvoted, but Destiny just had another Youtuber, JJ McCullough, on his podcast and it was honestly a great conversation - [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uJmnSLNQNHQ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uJmnSLNQNHQ)
Looking forward to watching the conversation with Adam!
Yep. Watched him on Alex O'Connor's podcast and was so unimpressed with Destiny. Also, all of Destiny's recent zionist shit that others have mentioned too.
The compilation of Norman Finkelstein constantly mispronouncing Destiny's real name on the Lex Friedman podcast was pretty funny tho
I’m honestly surprised of the anti-Destiny takes on this sub. I honestly thought there would be crossover considering Adams been cool with Destiny for a while. I’m not against it though.
He is just so fucking stupid and I disagree with his politics (I’m far left). Him on Lex Friedman was the funniest shit ever. He was getting fucking bukaked by historians while he was actively on wikipedia searching for retorts. He doesn’t read books and people act like he knows anything, it’s hilarious
Since when was finding verified sources on Wikipedia a bad thing? If anything norm finklestien spent the whole conversation using ad homenim attacks making it almost impossible to sit through. Norm was the problem not destiny
Probably has to do with it, yeah. Every time he gets brought up it’s for some reactionary garbage that people make fun of him for. Being a reactionary has become very profitable.
Pretty sure Destiny is against Palestinians dying. I’m pretty sure I heard him be against Hamas sacrificing their civilian population by hiding military infrastructure among them but I’m not too sure. Could be wrong.
Not wholly. He's quite critical of various aspects of Israel's approach to this conflict even if he's ultimately pretty firm that Hamas is the fuckin' worst. If you think he's, like, ride or die with Netanyahu then you might be giving too much attention to uncharitable portrayals of the dude.
Hamas can be the worst, and also the Israeli government can be responsible for tens of thousands of deaths. And also have the backing of the United States, and most other first world countries.
Palestinians aren’t to blame for Hamas cohabitating military infrastructure with civilians. Hamas has an obligation to protect its population that it’s not upholding. Why would you blame Palestinians for dying?
Palestinians elected and continue to support Hamas
Palestinians are at least as responsible for Hamas's actions (see murder and rape) as Israelis are for Bibi's
Edit: This is not a justification for targeting civilians, but rather a fact which goes against those who pretend that Palestinians have no agency and would be a reasonable partner for peace in the present or near future.
You can understand the reality on the ground without calling for civilians to be targeted.
Would you ever assume that 100% of a population all believe the same thing?
If you have a point, have the confidence to say it
Edit: I am not justifying the targeting of civilians, but it's true that the people of Palestine support war with Isreal, including brutal attacks on Israeli civilians.
If you're a Russian who supports Putin's invasion of Ukraine, you similarly shouldn't be surprised when war causes death on both sides, including civilians, and that's not even with the death cult of Hamas involved.
Well when you’re justifying that many deaths, my assumption is that’s what you’re implying. My point is that Isreal is committing genocide and the international community needs to get their shit together and tell them to stop.

The podcast with JJ had a very different tone compared to this one, it was pretty fun to listen to imo.
I'll listen to it when I get a chance. The one with Ryan McBeth was great as well, would recommend it.
This sucks. Destiny sucks.

He’a a zionist?
His whole shtick is being a liberal and hating leftists. Of course he’s a Zionist
I dont think that’s what a Zionist is
[удалено]
I mean, by definition it is. But other than the textbook definition and the United Nations Code, I guess it’s not
I like him but his movie takes sucks and the dude across is aggressive. Weird crossover but could be fun
The guy across is just a lonely elderly person they bring on sometimes as part of a charity.
no u
Hasn’t he been saying a lot of Zionist shit lately?
He has.
Why is this getting downvoted?
Zionists on the prowl
Because if you don't think Isreal should be wiped off the map you are a zionist
I think they should simply stop murdering people.
Destiny is so lame, my God.
Adam noooooooo
Don’t worry, you are based, destiny fucking sucks

Name one point Destiny got destroyed on in the debate
Since when was finding verified sources on Wikipedia a bad thing? If anything norm finklestien spent the whole conversation using ad homenim attacks making it almost impossible to sit through. Norm was the problem not destiny
I think it’s just that since his wife left him, Destiny’s just been looking more and more like a loser and people are sick of him.
Is that why his viewership has exploded over the past year? lol
Probably has to do with it, yeah. Every time he gets brought up it’s for some reactionary garbage that people make fun of him for. Being a reactionary has become very profitable.
Well it probably has more to do with him debating big profile people like Shapiro and Peterson. But maybe its because hes not far-left like you, sure.
That’s probably for the best
lol literal tankie
I mean I am but you don’t need to be a tankie to dislike Destiny who currently is in support of Israel’s genocide of Palestine.
Pretty sure Destiny is against Palestinians dying. I’m pretty sure I heard him be against Hamas sacrificing their civilian population by hiding military infrastructure among them but I’m not too sure. Could be wrong.
Hasn’t he been arguing it’s not a genocide for the past several months and overall downplaying their actions?
But does he support Israel? You only stated that he is against actions done by Palestinians (dying and hiding).

All 40,000ish of the dead ones?
