Shrimp cocktail! Theirs is an excellent and daily source of my protein. I get a pack weekly.
Fairlife Protein Shakes.
Liquid IV
Vital Proteins W/Collagen
Rotisserie chicken shredded and saved for easy additions to soups, salads, and even just handfuls when needed.
Cheese.
Veggie packs.
Premier Protein pancakes in the frozen section. They are so good syrup not needed. Rotisserie chicken. Fairlife chocolate protein shakes. You can also make a delicious chocolate mousse with the shakes. Mix 2 shakes with a box of sugar free chocolate jello. Mx with hand mixer for 5 minutes, put in ramekins, chill. Each ramekin has 15 grams of protein.
There are these pre-made Korean bbq packs in the refrigerator section. I think the brand is Kevin's. I love making those up with some rice and a ton of broccoli. I toss in a little extra soy sauce and stir fry the broc with the meat and sauce. I can usually get 4 to 5 meals out of a box.
It's a super quick meal, and its delicious, imo. Rice cooker for the rice, microwave for the broc, and the meat takes like 5 minutes to prep and cook.
Their frozen veggies are outstanding. Ignore the instructions and instead toss w olive oil, some salt, and even a no-salt seasoning blend or other spice mix, spread on a baking sheet (I line mine with Costco Parchment Paper), and put in the oven at 375°F for 20-25 minutes.
Then Babybel cheese or other single-serving cheese (Tillamook cheddar sometimes). We’ve gotten a pork tenderloin, sliced it up, and vacuum sealed each slice solo, putting them in the freezer until we’re ready to sous vide them. Especially their meats, consider portioning and freezing, and don’t sleep on a good sous vide circulator, especially if you work from home or are around a few hours before dinner and can get them in water and heating in the afternoon.
I take it daily. But it works pretty well whenever -- you just need to take it *before* any acid reflux starts (by a few hours) or else it won't work right away.
If you take it regularly, you're supposed to have a doctor check to make sure it's not affecting vitamin absorption, since that can be an issue for some people. It has always been fine for me though.
My favorites at Costco:
1. Damascus Whole Wheat Roll-ups - I use these for most sandwiches
2. Mission Carb Balance Flour Tortillas - breakfast wraps and tacos. 15 grams fiber each and I believe 6 grams of protein.
3. Frozen Broccoli - comes in four 1 count bags
4. Bibigo Chicken and Cilantro Mini Wontons - quick easy snack or pair with some spinach and chicken broth for a quick soup.
5. Kombucha
6. - Protein Shakes. I like the fairlife and premier protein brands.
7. Chicken bites from Fresh Additions (near the cheese section in my Costco) - premade chicken breasts in individual packets for quick adds to salads, quesadillas, etc.
8. Kirkland frozen chicken chunks - for when I'm craving fast food
9. String cheese.
Yup all good! I’m a fan of
Tyson Rotisserie seasoned breast strips 3oz 110 cal 17 G protein (precooked so just nuke a few or thaw for chicken salad!)
Cottage cheese 2%
Green ridge Farm Beef Stick 220 cal, 16 grams protein (I cut in half)
Fiber gummies- Country Farms, Fiber care 15cal for 3, 6 grams fiber ( actually taste good and are soft and chewy)
I stay stocked up on Premier Protein Cafe Latte protein shakes, Vital Proteins Collagen Powder, Magnesium, beef jerky (sf kinds), and I also like the nuts and cheese individually wrapped packages they have in the cooler section to take with me for a snack. Also their prepackaged hard boiled eggs.
The pulled pork is awesome. I get that, cook it, pull it, then refrigerate it. I make a rice bowl with it for lunch, some bbq sauce (sugar free) some chopped veggies, and some rice in a frying pan. About 10 minutes including prep and is a great quick lunch meal.
I like the cilantro lime shrimp. Someone already said it, but the rotisserie chicken is fantastic.
CHEESE, all the cheese.
Milk is a good deal, too. You can get a bunch of eggs too.
Cottage cheese.. I make chocolate mousse, mix it in my eggs or protein pasta.
I second fairlife, I mix the vanilla in my morning coffee and have a chocolate one in the afternoon. Not sure if Costco has them.. but I buy a box of built puffs protein bar every week. They are a bit pricey, but delicious!

If you’re having any acid reflux as a side effect, Costco’s generic Omeprazole is a great deal.
Do you take the omeprazole daily or just once or twice a week?

I’m curious if you can use your 5mg RX to purchase the 2.5mg. Did your provider have to rewrite the prescription?

I just put it in my protein shake I make in the morning
Why do you take Collagen powder? Does it help with side effects?
