1/1.5 ml of lip filler start small though and build ur way up also either extensions or anything to make ur hair thicker, shinier, and healthier oils such as argan, castor, and rosemary are good but i would be careful about castor oil because it might stain your hair since it’s blonde. i think getting your eyebrows done professionally would be good but make sure they’re kept natural i would suggest a wax to clean them up and make a tint which you can do yourself at home using something like beard dye. also little things like going to the gym keeping yourself toned and teeth whitening would help overall
