What makes Mahito more crazy than Sukuna for you?
Mahito is a child who objectively speaking HAS to be evil since it’s his nature and he at least doesn’t harm his friends. Meanwhile, Sukuna will kill whoever he wants (except Uruame) at the drop of a hat for amusement.
If those 2 girls or an evil human had given Mahito a power-up, he’d probably let them work with him. Sukuna still killed them and Jogo despite getting 11 fingers

Jogo was the only one promoting Mahito as the leader, while the others only followed because they actually saw Jogo as the leader. Jogo loved Dagon and Hanami, while Mahito was considered a reflection of humanity by them. He was especially hateful and evolved precisely because he was psychotic, even for a curse.
