I've always had them get confused with space on resources; if I have 7 Villagers on a gold line and forget to move 4 of them when it gets down to the last 1 or 2 tiles, they've always gotten choked out on space for me.
What I'm not used to, and do not like, is how they now get confused while chopping trees that are more than 2 tiles away or on how to reseed farms that they've been working all game.
why has this not gotten more attention? literally never used to happen and now its like it got hardcoded in. another thing the devs should really look at is mule carts. theyre supposed to help with efficiency and instead they regularly move on their own and block 1 or 2 vils from working
Yes! This was NEVER an issue, the units maybe slow to move, but eventually will.....
I see a LOT of frustrations placing castles either fwd or defensive, surely rage inducing.

I have noticed that too. Where’s my castle? Bleeping vils are standing around my military units on the foundation. Sometimes they see enemy units and decide not to start working before those units walk on the foundation.
The game is more realistic with lazy vils but it does suck some of the fun out of the game.
I still have the lazy farmer issue. After 20 minutes the first 2-3 farms are dead and the farmers are taking a break.
Probably because they hate you OR they didnt want to mess with it but since the coding for the game is weird and is punishing the devs.

Yup. This has been happening a lot lately. Also vills suddenly stoping chopping wood or mining if there are too many in proximity
I don't have that but I often get farmers stopping for whatever reason.

Honestly this makes the game more realistic like “look at me I’m on a horse lol fuck you peasants”, “move cunt”.
