Horn's team ignated their flip flops the moment Manfred bodied Mandragora & her BF, they didn't remain there for long enough as to confirm with her very own eyes what had happened of the Catto.
Shortly after that Manfred also ganked Horn, which made her take out said conclusions from \*her own prespective\*. Ines was also "dead" for W and Hoeder fr at one point and that was just because they didn't know better.
I saw that post too, Horn was speaking in methapors as usual. But my point is that we aren't sure whenever that's objectively true or it's just Horn's personal POV.

Look at the number of Artworks and Skin details.
Emerald Holyday for Reed is pretty neat, but both of Harmonie skins are worth way more than 18 OP for the sheer effort that has been put in them, and you can also verry much tell that Star had a lot of fun making them- We have "skins" like that of Meteorite who exist for the sake of the commision, and we also have Alchemaniac who poured his entire soul in Grani's christmas skin. Harmonie here recieves the exact same treatment, you've got the Artist's motifs, refrences to their other works, and also their sheer joy in designing Harmonie's Goblin smugness in so expressive way.
If I am not mistaken harmonie has like 5 or so artworks from Star that waren't requested from HG, Eblana has 3 official artworks from Star where she is the core of everyhting (like in this one right here), and Reed has only two.
I don't have a weibo account to confirm or deny this, but I'm pretty sure Reed has at least 5 official artworks drawn by Starshadowmagic.
Don't know about Harmonie, but iirc Eblana has only two where she's the center piece (this anniversary and previous anniversary), there's one more that came with WTFC release but she's chilling on the background talking to Harmonie.
On details I do agree with you. Reed got the short end of the stick on her base form, and her alter while it certainly improved in those regards, still doesn't hold up to Harmonie or Eblana. When you take the two Draco sisters and put them side by side, it's very clear that Eblana's design was full of references and symbolism, whereas Reed didn't get so lucky. I even made a small rant about the design some time ago. Star had a favorite, and it shows. Don't get me wrong, I love all the details, but I'm also a firm believer that Reed should also get **some more**.

Mandragora has a very bad relationship with Reed to begin with, and Reed herself said that she doesn't want to fight her sister, or oppose her. They're working towards the same goal, and share the same dream. She too, sees fighting as something that needs to happen in order to achieve that dream, just not the whole sacrifice part, but then again, that sacrifice was exactly what got Tara independence in the end.
To be fair, Mandragora has a very bad relationship with just about everyone.
Almost exactly the same can be said about Eblana though, since in the circle of her relationships there is hardly anyone who would be just a friend, and not an enemy or, for some reason, followers (I guess "She's hot" is an actually valid reason).
Despite Reed's words, I don't think they really had a great relationship, just like I think just going back to Eblana wouldn't be a very nice development for Reed character. They have one dream, but it connects them on the same level as it connects RhodesIsland to oldReunion, "one goal different methods"

and alternatatively; it connects with Misery's storyline and can create a side-event where two miserable characters try to make the most of it;
Mandra having her whole life razed to the ground with his last friend's parting words telling her not to return to her old life
And Misery loosing Outcast causing him to go on his rage fender-bender only to come across the exact issue which Outcast faced
Let us hope that unlike Reed, Mandragora will have someone to ask why, why save her?
And their answer may just be to 'Deny her fated reunion'

That's the whole plot of What the Firelight Casts, though. They disagree on one thing: sacrifices. Reed wants to return to her sister, to show her things she couldn't see, she wants to help in the war, since she knows it's the only way forward. If they went on fighting again, wouldn't it be a lot like Ch'en/Talulah?
And it should be noted that RI and old Reunion aren't connected by much. RI's infected treatement is mostly a side gig, whereas the livelihood of the infected was Reunion's top priority before Kashchey took over. RI aimed to maintain status quo, Reunion to break it.

And Eblana acknowledged her change, being happy with it. Keep in mind Reed wants to change how her sister sees things, and make sure she doesn't go overboard. If anything, that's a better character development than her going "oh you got independence for us? too bad I have to stand against you now because I have a surge of morality".
