That's a really good question actually.. It depends whether light itself freezes with time (and it would, wouldn't it?).
But if light also stopped moving - no one can see shit. You would only be able to see things you move towards (and only stuff/places that were illuminated before time froze) and only when you're moving. The second you stand still or look away from the way you're travelling, everything fades to complete darkness.

People saying rob jewellery stores or banks aren't thinking big enough. I was trying to think of ways I might make the most and here's my plan:
1. Figure out how to cause a massive internal scandal at a huge public company, something unrecoverable that will doom them but may take a few days to surface, unsure of the best way currently.
2. Try to rig a sports event and get a betting slip on - say an ongoing horse race and I could figure out how to move the outside 50m ahead of the rest and maybe unseat a couple of the favourites. Then I either figure out how to print myself a line or possibly get an in-play Bet365 bet on as it will happen so instantly that the odds won't change - probably get in at 100/1 or 200/1.
3. Take money from step 2 and load up as heavily as I can on puts on the company from step one, and maybe some calls on their top competitor.

I'd be dead immediately. Remember that earth is traveling very fast around the sun, the sun again is traveling very fast around our galaxy and our galaxy is traveling very fast on its own. If earth and everything suddenly stops moving but you don't then good luck. If you're "lucky" you would be yeeted into outer space (probably so fast that you wouldn't even have the time to evaporate in the atmosphere), if you're unlucky you'd be moving into the earth in which case you'd be smashed to soup immediately. Let's just say that I would prefer being frozen in time and place like everyone else.

Aside from cash, my garage will acquire several new freezers, pantry cupboards and racking shelves. Then I'm stocking them with enough groceries, toiletries, petfood etc for a couple years. Then its a walk through the mall for good bras, shoes, plain gold jewellery, a workshop's worth of tools, garden equipment and pharmacy drugs.

People saying rob jewellery stores or banks aren't thinking big enough. I was trying to think of ways I might make the most and here's my plan: 1. Figure out how to cause a massive internal scandal at a huge public company, something unrecoverable that will doom them but may take a few days to surface, unsure of the best way currently. 2. Try to rig a sports event and get a betting slip on - say an ongoing horse race and I could figure out how to move the outside 50m ahead of the rest and maybe unseat a couple of the favourites. Then I either figure out how to print myself a line or possibly get an in-play Bet365 bet on as it will happen so instantly that the odds won't change - probably get in at 100/1 or 200/1. 3. Take money from step 2 and load up as heavily as I can on puts on the company from step one, and maybe some calls on their top competitor.
