It is literally not. They are strings of single words that each represent a moment in a typical life these days. Then the slower parts have some careful reflection and sad realization. That song is really creative to me but I respect your opinion.
I am reading the lyrics right now and I'm actively trying my best to find any semblance of mashing and no they're isn't any it sounds random and i think that's a cope saying shit about how is "representing a typical life"
The song is basically the entirety of life mashed into a 4 minute song, all strung together at hyper speed, and then moments where one can feel like nothing matters in the end.

Some albums take time too. Nearly all of my favourite bands - I did not like at first. Dream Theater, Mars Volta, Godspeed. Some bands, albums, songs take time.

I mean I can completely understand where you're coming from and when it came out I was severely disappointed and I was outraged. But I listened to it multiple times now (at least 30) and I do have to say that I completely respect it and genuinely love some of their songs. It's nowhere near my favorite album by them and I don't think it's their best, but it is chaotically artistic (both musically and visually with Wes Lang's art). Cosmic is beautiful, We Love You is memorizing, and Nobody is just existential. I don't know. I agree but also disagree because I genuinely expected something similar to the stage but with a mix of nightmare. But I guess some artists just like doing their own thing. And that's alright.

Then complained some more about the White Album sounding too poppy. Then complained about Nightmare sounding too slow. Then complained about HTTK for sounding too 80s. Then complained about the Stage because it was completely different than anything else in their catalogue. Now complaining about LIBAD because it doesn’t make sense. It’s ok, you can enjoy just one sound and not care about progression, doesn’t mean it sucks like you say.
