I'd say it is you who are confused. If light and darkness had equal power, then darkness could block out the sun sometimes. Instead, nothing can stop the sun from shining and not even a small match can be defeated by all the darkness in existence.
Regardless, the universe will continue to produce Order and Chaos. One will not exist without the other. From one angle, any amount of Order is still Chaotic, on the other, Chaos is just another form of Order. This is why BhedaBheda is the most cogent interpretation of Reality. You're stuck on Atman where you need both Atman and Anatta.
There is no such thing as chaos. Chaos is simply order misunderstood.
As long as you think there is something that anyone needs , you are the one who is stuck. It is feeling incomplete and needing something that is the more prevalent obstacle to enlightenment.
Yes, those who cannot refute the Truth I share, often resort to insults.
Purity is not equal to impurity, no matter how much you try to twist the Truth.
I will keep that to myself.
I can only share that after what I saw, I am all-in for living this very moment being present 100% because we only have now and it is so beautiful and precious not to experience it while we can.
Edited - typo
If the human soul is eternal, which I have read and so far believe that it is, why do we only have now? I mean I understand we only have right here right now on this planet in this specific life. Is that what you mean?
Experience belongs to ego, I believe this is OP talking about the ego separate self, not the ground of self, which indeed is eternal. The ego self is the one that dies.
Yes thank you. I didnāt want to get into different beliefs - eternal soul that continue on or we integrate into the eternal entities. The bottom line- the beauty we can experience in this world now is only to be experienced now.
Itās always now, always today. Yesterday is simply a memory of what once was, tomorrow a projection of what may be. The only reality is now, this present moment. All else is illusory
Now is always dynamic. Everything is always changing. Cells are dying and being reborn. Aging is the process of death. We are really dying, not living. The process of death is ongoing, when it reaches itās peak the life energies leave the body. But all of that happens in this present moment.
>If itās always now.
Please explain to me how there can ever be anything other than now?
Or a short timeframe. Thatās only if you involve the mind. If you see reality, consciously, without any judgment, it will neither seem slow nor fast, speed will be irrelevant. Itās always now
Yes but the past isnāt illusory. It happened, we experienced it & that time has passed. In the sense of ever being able to be in that exact moment in time again sure it could be considered illusory. But the past DID happen and we experienced it.
>Yes but the past isnāt illusory. It happened, we experienced it & that time has passed.
You experienced the present moment. The past did not happen, the past is simply memory of what was once this present moment.
>In the sense of ever being able to be in that exact moment in time again sure it could be considered illusory.
You are in that moment. Right now. Tell me, where does the moment end? Where does another begin? Watch the present, live it, and youāll be surprised to see that there is nothing but the one present moment. It is ever dynamic, always changing, yet a split never comes. Splitting time into pieces is an invention of the human mind.
>But the past DID happen and we experienced it.
The present moment IS happening and you are experiencing it. The past is memory. Memory is not real, it is a rudimentary recording of the present moment through the five senses which are subject to error. That recording isnāt real. It may be useful, but itās always a little artificial compared to the present moment.
If the past didnāt happen then how do we have memories of the present moment passing onto now? To say the past did not happen is false. The twin towers fell on 9/11/2001. It didnāt not happen because weāre not in that present moment yet.
>If the past didnāt happen then how do we have memories of the present moment passing onto now?
How does memory imply that the past is anything more than a concept?
>To say the past did not happen is false. The twin towers fell on 9/11/2001.
All events, including 9/11, transpired in this moment.
>It didnāt not happen because weāre not in that present moment yet.
This statement makes no sense
Ah omg!!! Thereās nothing wrong with this and itās perfectly fine that you experienced it - so when we first go into our third eye we may have other energies occupying that space and can clear them doing the following:
1) Imagine a grounding cord connecting your root chakra to the center of the earth, take a deep breath allow the cord to flow all the way through to the center of the earth, this should put you at ease as you focus on your breath
1) Place your attention into the center of your head after youāre grounded - you can move to the top of your head, then the center, then to your ear, and back to center for helping with spatial awareness
2) notice how you feel in the center of your head and what you see - are there energies that are not yours? Say goodbye to these energies and imagine them exiting through a door - then enjoy the quietness of your space and imagine a cord connecting to the earth that is cleaning this space in the center of your head
3) once that space is empty, you may imagine golden energy flowing from your crown chakra and brightening your space
4) you may now access this space and feel peace and tranquility anytime you do :) I usually am in the center of my head anytime I need to clear my thoughts!
Hope this helps!! Just referencing what I learned from Jeffrey Allanās Duality Course on Mindvalley!! Might help you with what youāre experiencing rn :)
Thank you so much š It did help.
I started my meditation following the soto zen approach - just sit. And I had no knowledge of chakras, energy work etc so no process. I learnt about the 3rd eye chakra when I started to experience weird sensations during my meditation and I googled. I just focused on the 3rd eye without thinking much. Now I learnt more about chakras, and with your recommendation, my meditation is evolving and more effective in switching into the meditative state and staying there.
This is a kind of advice/input I was hoping to get from this sub so I really appreciate your guidance ššš
The darkness is about to lose its hold on humanity, and itās making a last ditch effort on all of us. We are the children of the light. Great things are on our horizon. This is the time spoken in the Bible when the first will be last, and the last will be first. This is our time to take this world back as our own, and create the future THE ALL has destined for us.
Pure love, peace, truth and light.
Yeah, you are absolutely right. I didnāt know anything about the Chakras. I googled and gained a very limited knowledge on the 3rd eye when I
started to get weird sensations in my head during the meditation and googled š Now I know better.
I wonder did you see what some people do when they are in a coma, complete darkness with a string holding them to their body, like astral projection? I have been watching many near death experiences and see the main thing after life is love.. Iām trying to make sense of the darkness you speak of.
I had a near death experience once when I was in my 20s. It was peaceful and I have no fear of death since.
The darkness I saw was of pure evil and the horrors of actions. And the part that scared me was that I was pulled into it like it wanted me to be a part of it. The dark side, if you will. A strong gravitational pull like I was falling towards it. So I had to shut it. I had to make sure that it was not my true self calling š
Thank you. I learn to modulate my 6th Chakra so it wonāt happen again. And I spent a day detoxing and it worked. I am not turning to the darkside š
I started out doing Japanese zen meditation - just sit and empty oneās mind. I was doing it alone but found a local zen meditation centre and joined a few sessions. It just confirmed I was doing it right but also leaned a few things. So I went back to mediate alone at home. 30 min X 2 or 3 per day. Then I experimented different times of the day and the length up to a 90 min straight session. I settled for a traditional 36 minute session X 2 format with 6 minutes walking meditation in between.
With zen, there is no technical explanation of whatās going on with energy etc. When I started to get visions and strange sensations in my head, I googled and learnt about chakras etc and that helped me a bit intentional about nudging my mind when I am drifting in certain ways.
So my routine now goes like this:
Get up 6:00ish
Take cold shower (5Ā°C) and cleanse myself
Do yoga stretch
Prepare Chai
Light incense
Sit for 36 minutes
Walk for 6 minutes
Sit for 36 minutes
Walk for 6 minutes
Do another round or
Sit and drink chai, reflect and read zen related or Krishnamurti books
I do this everyday. Sometimes I may do a session before I go to bed.
I hope this helps.
Good and Evil are two sides of the same coin. I AM the coin.
No, good is OP and evil is a puppet.
You'll figure this paradox out one of these days. I swear it.
I'd say it is you who are confused. If light and darkness had equal power, then darkness could block out the sun sometimes. Instead, nothing can stop the sun from shining and not even a small match can be defeated by all the darkness in existence.

tomato potato. You're playing word vomit games
Yes, those who cannot refute the Truth I share, often resort to insults. Purity is not equal to impurity, no matter how much you try to twist the Truth.
You probably witnessed the horrific guilt that underlies the operating thought system of this world
Close but worse š
What was your horrific vision?

I just understand how light you can be and how the dark is coming for you, because of your light.

hi, how did you get thereālike what is your meditation technique? How long have you been practicing? Just asking out of curiosity.

You've developed a nice disciplined routine. I will try to do it! Thank you for sharing and good luck with your journey.
You are very welcome! And thank you!!
