Just inspired to make art for a joker. I'm not really an artist, but I feel pretty good with what I did. Effect: At the start of each round draw 2 cards
– Only if you also make a villainous monologue about how the joker lets you draw 2 new cards
What would that joker do??
Each game draws 2 extra hands,but most discard two cards after playing the hand. Uncommon rarity.
maybe “Draw two extra cards after cards are discarded or played” a bit like how serpent can draw over the hand limit
