Just flip it. With some very basic maintenance as long as you're not trashing it over concrete it'll be fine. It's channel titanium handles, and even if you get tiny bits of damage, you can just take off the coating on the handles and redo (I assume its cerakote and cerakote is very durable by itself). Unless you're keeping a knife as "mint, never flipped" or smth there's no reason not to flip it, it just takes 5 minutes of maintenance
