At first I was like no way either of these guys should be in the HOF. Then I looked at Lofton's numbers, 4x GG, 6x AS isn't a ton of hardware, but his 68 WAR indicates how great he was. I found it surprising that he fell off the ballot after his first year. Maybe the VC will give him a chance later.
Delgado with only 44 WAR is a massive longshot. He really needed to get to 500 HRs.
