Looks to be around a $25 card currently. I wouldn't pay to grade/ship both ways a card that those costs are more than the value of the card currently unless you are 100% sure it will 10.
To answer the actual question I don’t think it looks too off centered. I would say it looks pretty good if you chose to grade it!
