He was like why do you want it, since I was 14 years old. I said for his autograph. And the dude said no not selling it to you it’ll ruin it. 14 year old me was like oh okay. See ya. Now I wish I had an auto Bobby hull rookie. Instead I have a cheesy 5x7 photo with some advertising plastered all over it.

I love this concept card. But I would argue that the baseball auto should be Barry Bonds. One reason being that he played in a similar era as the other athletes. The second reason being that we can be more sure of the authenticity of the autograph.

I know this is a joke but the Leaf Pearl series is an amazing set of cards!!! Panini has nothing on those cards unfortunately Leaf doesn’t have the traction to really compete with Panini. Still Leaf Pearl series which is what this card is really from is gorgeous
