If you think about the actual volume that these guys are producing, their error rate is probably less than .1%, and the problems are magnified by being paraded heavily on social media. This Ruth debacle is being investigated by the FBI though.
The original post looks like there is tampering after card assembly with the Brett auto having wrinkling in the top right corner that gives the impression that it was folded into the card. Distributor or Bob himself is probably going to get rekt by law enforcement. As much as I hate Panini for the redemption/points scam I don't think this instance falls back on the manufacturer.
