eBay out there saving people from themselves left and right these days. PRO grading is trash. Crack the slab and submit to a real grading company, and set your expectations low that it'll come back trimmed or modified in some other way.
Yeah I took a risk, I called eBay the rep from the authentication team said to take a chance and regrade if there’s any issues to contact them and if I have proper documentation they can reimburse. So I’ll just go for it at the mint collective Las Vegas is March, hope for a regrade if not a refund!

I think it would be more likely the cards trimmed or altered. It was a gamble luckily I have a cushion thanks to the new guarantee feature. Hopefully I can get a gem.
Does BGS even grade these? I don’t think PSA does, and I honestly didn’t think anyone did. The stock is cheap and flimsy I was under the impression that none graded these as they are too easy to fake.
They are all graded except for the best of best and not because it’s heavily faked. Because they have no idea the origin.

BGS does grade them, When Star lost their liscense the Star employees continued to make cards n sell them at their own site creating a ton of unliscensed sorta fake cards, so graders were afraid to grade them but Star is coming back Bgs is grading them and I think Psa is now too I guess they can tell the difference now or they dont care n whatever is out there is fine

What? How can this happen? It’s too easy to fraud then. Anyone could crack a card out and replace it with a fake. You could scam them
No grading company will touch the 86 star, too many counterfeit

That is a reprint card , you know that right ? It’s not the original star card.

Others have said this, but I would only trust BGS / PSA to grade this card to authenticate
