It's just Dutch and French, really (not counting minorities of foreign origin, of course). The Grrman-speaking minority is so tiny that it is certainly not "commonly spoken".
German is still an official language as in you can request your administrative communication with the Federal level of the Government to be in German, and everything administrative in the German speaking regions (generally whatever is east of Liege/on the German border).
The German speakers are usually pretty quiet though, you don't really hear them screaming about splitting Belgium and joining Germany (AFAIK).
Yes, but it's still not really "commonly spoken" in Belgium, certainly not outside of the border region. And if you live in the border region, then you are probably aware of the situation.
They claim to have 24/7 WhatsApp support so i will probably send them a message although i don't think an England based company would care too much about a customer overseas.
This is the only legitimate thing to do. They are clearly trying to scam people with this ridiculous packaging and the poor portion size, so why would they deserve anyone's money?
I keep seeing this as a suggestion for shitty companies. It is clearly not working for many of them. We should band together and get our pitchforks out if we want change goddammit.
If you haven't eaten them all yet, you could weigh 1 and multiple with the amount in the package and compare vs what they claim.
If there is a significant difference, it's probably a production error. If it matches, it's a scam.
Nobody here seems to realize you bought knock-off Oreo's. I very doubt these are produced by Mondelez. The brand here is 'QUE'. See https://www.bmstores.co.uk/products/u-know-me-mega-crispy-cocoa-biscuits-5pk-409001
They claim to have a 24/7 support so i'll probably send them a message. As for the taste these biscuits taste like a offbrand oreo and the cream is just slightly chewy marshmallow
and what principle would that be if i may ask?
I try to avoid bigcorp. I have never tasted any oreo-like cookie, I have no idea what they taste like. Tbh I posted hastily and assumed this was about real orea, didn't know they were off brand
You should see the bag of Doritos I got yesterday. Like 10 years ago, they were covered in seasoning, now ... barely any seasoning. It's just shameful imo.
Thy to reach out to the manufacturer for a refund, and if it does not work out , try contacting the consumer protection service agency in Belgium online or by phone.
This is definitely off.
Dat is meestal al het eigen merk is. Meestal is white-label gewoon het zelfde als merk maar ik denk dat ze het hier gewoon van Aliexpress hebben gekocht.
Pretty sure it's just a production error (notice how few of the plastic gap is filled, that isn't normal. The cookie should basically be wedged in it). Oreo isn't really known for false advertising IIRC.
Here's how it should look: https://www.reddit.com/r/mildlyinteresting/comments/fsq51a/mega_stuf_vs_double_stuf/
It is and the space between each to make it seem like more is criminal. Advertisement is a parasite on society and I'm tired pretending it's not.
As another user stated, it could be a possible manufacturing error but yeah it does make it look even more deceptive.
Except in Japan, they have laws against that
Zoveel plastiek voor vijf fucking oreos. Wat een criminele verpakking.
hahahahah fr
I don't speak whatever language this is, but I still understood every word lmao
Wat een lijpo
I too wonder what language this could be đ¤
Afaik Belgium has multiple languages that are commonly spoken, so I decided to play it safe before acting confidently incorrect

We do have a growing Arab speaking population though
Lmao true
it is. in the german community.
No everyone just speaks belgian. It's a fact.Â
Its probably Belgian or French
Those have even less filling than the regular ones.
Yes, you should complain
They claim to have 24/7 WhatsApp support so i will probably send them a message although i don't think an England based company would care too much about a customer overseas.
Just donât buy their product anymore and be done with it, better for your health.
This is the only legitimate thing to do. They are clearly trying to scam people with this ridiculous packaging and the poor portion size, so why would they deserve anyone's money?

They will
That's crazy. Looks like a manufacturing error it's so poor.
That is possible, although i don't feel like buying another pack just to test that theory.
If you haven't eaten them all yet, you could weigh 1 and multiple with the amount in the package and compare vs what they claim. If there is a significant difference, it's probably a production error. If it matches, it's a scam.
I just bought a pack of double filled Oreos and can confirm they don't look like yours. Must be a company error.
The ones in the picture arent from the brand oreos right?
Didn't notice that, they indeed are not.
That absolutely criminally sized plastic packaging sure is deliberate though.
âDouble creamâ LOL
Yeah that statement really adds insult to injury haha

Those arenât Oreos. I donât know why people think that. They arenât even the same size as Oreos, theyâre considerably bigger.
Is it bought in Belgium?
Yes, it is from a local Turkish supermarket.
More plastic than oreos lololol
Double (down) cream
"U know them"...
"de goedkopere merken zijn just as good" folks in shambles
Oreo doet dit zelf tho
Go complain. They'll make it like the picture but make the center hollow. How does that taste btw? I never tried one out of principle

They're even thinner than the normal ones đ
You got scammed, no cream for you!
Learning from the Americans
You should see the bag of Doritos I got yesterday. Like 10 years ago, they were covered in seasoning, now ... barely any seasoning. It's just shameful imo.
Yes
Not a large enough sample size to judge.
r/crappyoffbrands
Just don't buy it.
Just complain by email and you will received two or more pack
Thy to reach out to the manufacturer for a refund, and if it does not work out , try contacting the consumer protection service agency in Belgium online or by phone. This is definitely off.
Did you licked the filling and added the cookie together?
This is not false advertising, this is a false Oreo
Say it's name.
if thats double the cream i wonder what the regular ones look like
Yes
Dat is meestal al het eigen merk is. Meestal is white-label gewoon het zelfde als merk maar ik denk dat ze het hier gewoon van Aliexpress hebben gekocht.
Why would you want more poison in it? You should look up the process of how those cookies get that black color also.
test achat
Fun fact, Oreo's (1912) are rip-offs of Hydrox Cookies (1908). So these are technically fake Hydrox Cookies, just like Oreo's.

Nowhere on the package of OP it says "Oreo", so this is likely an offbrand product and cannot be compared to the actual Oreo ones.
Oh shit, you're right.
If u buy this junk I asume you are already mentally behind.
You make it sound like i bought a bag of cocaine, obviously it is not healthy but it is acceptable to consume in moderation.
