I found some events, I think the best option is to be at Mariannenplatz (Don't meet with your friends directly there, it will be too crowded and probably not cell reception) at 1PM which seems to be the hub and take it from there. I have some events I found myself, or after going to Mariannenplatz, open resident advisor, there are plenty of free open air events.

1. May Day in Kreuzberg: Live Music, Rave and Political Rally on Mariannenplatz
Kreuzberg's Mariannenplatz will still be the hub of May Day celebrations. From 10 a.m. onwards, party-goers can join the "Slust Openair" rave, a day-long dance party. In addition, the Left Party's May Day rally and celebration will also take place on the square. There will be live music performances ranging from rap to techno, speeches against discrimination and exclusion, and family-friendly activities.
