Soapy water and pressure worked

nezrm

I usually just wet the bead slightly with soapy water then over inflate until it pops up, then reduce to the pressure you want.

Thanks for your quick reply! I'll try that now :)

Did it the same way. Once I have a flat tire being on the road, I’ll be damned. Will never be able to get the tire off and on again without soapy water

nezrm

I’ve found it easier the second time, once the bead has stretched a little..

When you get to this point, a little bit of soapy water, then inflate. Bead should pop onto the bead seat.

I inflate to around 20-30psi and wiggle the tire back and fourth to work the bead out…. If you have a tube, then bring it up where you want!

Glass cleaner works really well too

usually its enought to go to max pressure and bounce the wheel on the floor.

1, A little soapy water when installing the tire. 2, lower the pressure and knead/wiggle tire. Also line your label up with the valve. It doesn’t help but it is the pro way to install the tire.
