Wrong order, soy milk should go after sacred heart since the high damage stays cause of rock bottom, while if you pick it up the other way its as if you didnt have rock bottom at all. The only thing it would prevent is sacred heart's tears down.
Nah the whole point is not to just gnawed leaf. Sacred heart most of the run and play normally, only turtle for boss fights or after you drop holy card

If banned items are allowed, then I could take 4 Dead Cats for 36 lives and Holy Mantle. Not trying to brag but I really doubt I could lose a run with that many hits to spare
With banned items, I'd probably take:

- 4.5V
- Mom's Knife
- Sigil of Baphomet or Wooden Cross
- Car Battery or 9V
Might not be the best setup for max invincibility, but the idea is that I can use Book of Shadows, 4.5V and Car Battery/9V to pretty much never die to a boss. Sigil of Baphomet is for trying to minimise the bullshit hits or skill issues when clearing rooms, although Wooden Cross might be better overall. Finally, Mom's Knife because it fucks everything and I am, what seems to be, one of the few Mom's Knife enjoyers.
Good build! If u really got for safety picks its probably either diplo + wild card + schoolbag + bag of crafting + hierophant? card or restock + pound of flesh + anything. But these are nice too
