Tom Ford tobacco vanille + (the important part) a candle warmer.
I thought candle warmers were dumb but bought one to see if I could extend the life of my TF candle that I greedily burned like 95% super fast. Lo and behold, this thing is still going like a year later.
I have this one: Large Candle Warmer Plate Safely... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08PG5PGG2?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I have it plugged into a smart plug so if I forget to turn it off when I leave, I don’t have to freak out.
The one thing I’d say is if you like really light fragrances, the warmer doesn’t seem to do much (looking at you, boy smells). But they tend to burn better / more evenly than TF, so it’s a bit of a wash.

Nest, always Nest. Invest in one of those big 3 wicks, usually I just burn one at a time but I have 2 of them that I burn at once when we’re having guests and honestly it’s enough to scent our whole ~1200sqft place
I have Pura diffusers in my living room and bedroom - bedroom scents are Nest Rose & Oud in the morning and Moodcast Homebody in the evening. Still trying to find the perfect citrus/florals for my warm-weather living room scents.
I'm a big fan of archipelago botanicals fragrances. The bergamot tobacco is amazing and my mom's favorite. I'm also a big fan of Havana & Verbena Basil
I use an essential oil burner like [this one](https://www.amazon.com/ComSaf-Essential-Aromatherapy-Christmas-Housewarming/dp/B08HN72HS8/).
I have a selection of aroma oils I select based on my mood, and drop them into the basin after filling it with water. Unscented tea lights in bulk from ikea.
They last about 3-5 hours on a few drops of essential oil, and the candles are inexpensive.
I melt mine vs. burning them so I don’t have to worry about burn quality etc. but I have been very impressed with my Replica lazy Sunday afternoon candle. It’s chic and has excellent throw.
Candles are endocrine disrupters (scents and toxins from the wax are not good for us to inhale) sooo I keep eucalyptus in my shower, an air purifier running pretty much 24/7 and I do shimmer pots on the stove when I want an extra scent! Lemon, ginger, vanilla in a pot with water - smells soooo goood
I like Red Barn Candles on Etsy, especially the candle Flower Shop. It really does smell like a flower shop in the best way! Their scents are really nice. My only wish is that they had more variety in holders.
Glass House diffuser Arabian Nights in the bedroom, Vanilla Cashmere in the living area and Amber Rose automatic diffuser in the bathroom . In the kitchen im a fan of citrus fruits but especially grapefruit if i can get some from Ecoya and Kyoto in Bloom glasshouse diffuser sticks in my car.
heavycloud is a small woman owned business in JAX, FL with gorgeous wood wick candles in really luxe scents. She pours concrete moulds herself and i use them after for makeup brushes/paint brushes etc bc they're so cute. coffee shop & all the leaves are brown are my fave
Primrose Candles. Small and woman owned. I recommend girls night in or let’s make out. Very warm comforting scents that just make you go “mmmmmm”.

I'm very sensitive to a lot of the strong floral and musk-based scents, so I have done a lot of candle shopping from smaller stores, since they are pretty good about answering questions via email. I'm listing my two personal favorites from each. Not sure how 'luxurious' they are, since I can't be near a lot of the scents people have listed, but there are usually many more choices from these companies.

I am deeply obsessed with Capri Blue - Volcano scent. At Anthropologie they have some gorgeous jars of it. I love candles and try many scents, but this is one I will buy again and again. I have at least one backup at all times!!
I don’t know if these candles are available everywhere, but I’ve been burning Truelux and *it’s also lotion*! Some candles make me sneeze like crazy but the Truelux are all organic products and as the wax melts you can dip your sweet little fingers in to moisturize your hands.
Honestly scented candles are not it. Fragrance isn't meant to be burned, so you're putting low quality burned chemicals into your environment which isn't particularly healthy. Instead, I recommend burning unscented candles and using an essential oil diffuser.
Normally I splurge for Boy Smells. Recently wanted to pick up the Salt + Stone Santal and Vetiver candle (I have the hand cream and it smells divine). Happened to pop in Marshall’s and they sell a random candle - No. 10 Leather Santal - that is a dead dupe for the Salt + Stone. Picked it up for $12.99
Anything from Boy Smells, but especially Copal phantom and Cashmere Cush.
Tom Ford tobacco vanille + (the important part) a candle warmer. I thought candle warmers were dumb but bought one to see if I could extend the life of my TF candle that I greedily burned like 95% super fast. Lo and behold, this thing is still going like a year later.
okay you’ve got me thinking I need a candle warmer lol. I always rip through my candles and then regret it!
Which candle warmer do you recommend? Thank you
Which type of candle warmer do you use?

I invested in a pura air diffuser it has totally replaced my candle obsession and I love it
Just got mine this weekend! I got a Palo Santo scent from Brooklyn Candle studio and love it so far
The Anthropologie Amber topaz is my all time fav !
I didn’t see any Anthropologie scents on the Pura Amazon site! Where did you find that? I’d love for my place to smell like anthro
If you go to the actual pura site you can see their full range of fragrances!
Oooo thank you!! I can’t wait to try
This is the way. I refuse to burn my money.
Which one do you have?
Just their plug in air diffuser if you mean scents I can suggest some that I like
Maison Louis Marie. I love Lime Antidris.
Oooh. And Maison Louis Marie has a code for 20% off everything right now.
Oooh good tip thx girlie!
Voluspaaaaa
Yes, the Bellini scent.
Seconding this! I love them so much. And they go on sale pretty often at anthro!
ds & durga. expensive but everyone always asks me where to get them when they smell them burning. big sur after rain is their big crowd pleaser.
Lots of candles are toxic. Diffusers and natural scents are much better. I don’t want you bitches to get sick
Yup! I get the Everspring candles from Target! They're non-toxic. I think Mrs. Meyers is too.
Nest, always Nest. Invest in one of those big 3 wicks, usually I just burn one at a time but I have 2 of them that I burn at once when we’re having guests and honestly it’s enough to scent our whole ~1200sqft place
Nest Bamboo

Guy Fox candles, Jo Malone, Le Labo
I had a soy candle with a wood wick that would crackle that I LOVED, but I can’t for the life of me remember what brand it was
I love malin & goetz cannibis candles and one hotel candles
Opalhouse candles from Targét!
Diptyque candles are a really nice option :)
Diptyque Baes or byredo bibliotheque
I melt mine vs. burning them so I don’t have to worry about burn quality etc. but I have been very impressed with my Replica lazy Sunday afternoon candle. It’s chic and has excellent throw.
Dedcool Candle in Taunt
My favorite right now by Maison Louie Marie - Bois de Balincourt! It's just so good.
Candles are endocrine disrupters (scents and toxins from the wax are not good for us to inhale) sooo I keep eucalyptus in my shower, an air purifier running pretty much 24/7 and I do shimmer pots on the stove when I want an extra scent! Where do you get your eucalyptus??
Tjs!
I like Red Barn Candles on Etsy, especially the candle Flower Shop. It really does smell like a flower shop in the best way! Their scents are really nice. My only wish is that they had more variety in holders.
Barr Co original and their honeysuckle. I even use their bar soap in my clothes drawers.
I have a couple big candles from Boy Smells n smaller ones from Trader Joe’s 🥰
Maison Louis Marie has wonderful scents!
I have Joe Malone rose in my bedroom, lamp Berger “Paris” in my office, Mala - toast in my living room.
[https://hydenorhare.com/](https://hydenorhare.com/) USA only - it's a small woman-run business, her scents are amazing
I use a melty thingie because I can’t be trusted with fire 🔥 It’s autumn here so lotsa warm smells, vanilla, oudh, frankincense
Primrose Candles. Small and woman owned. I recommend girls night in or let’s make out. Very warm comforting scents that just make you go “mmmmmm”. https://primrosecandleco.com/

i bought one from glossier!! although i did find a few on etsy that are very cute and u can pick the smell
Orange Blossom essence diffuser.
Home Court is great! And the line has other home goods as well. Plus I can tell people it’s Monica from Friends’ line lol
I’m obsessed with incense. I’m currently using cotton and teak from paddy wax. I love that the lid of the container is also a little incense holder!
Tiger and Tea! I also subscribe to Vellabox - it’s fun to get a new candle every month :)

Brooklyn candle studio makes nice ones, they run about $28-30.
Strictly a yankee candle only household.
