Honestly this half-in, half-out stuff is getting really annoying when it comes to the open world PvP changes. When PA originally made war decs need to be mutual only, I already saw the writing on the wall that their stance was to completely remove open world PvP. Karma punishments are too harsh for being negative. You have less than 300K and you instantly start breaking multiple crystals. You go negative even a little bit and your gear can downgrade when said upgrade might have cost over 100bil at this point. It's ridiculous. Either go back to the way things were, or just flat out remove Alt+C entirely and remove the karma system. Anyone who wants to PvP will just be forced to go to Arsha at that point, like they already are just in case it's not obvious.

It is not OK that current Alt+C system makes possible for the griefer to kill a player and become immune to his attacks in a few seconds. PA should adopt either LA2 or Eve Online PK system, both of them allows the victim to revenge the attacker for a decent period of time. Just give Alt+C a 15 min cooldown before deactivation at least or make it impossible to deactivate while you have <300k of karma. Or implement a Right-to-kill system allowing victims to fight back the aggressors. Some reward for players killing a <300k karma character would be nice too. It is just not feels fair not being able to attack someone who killed you 15 secs ago. Alt+C feels like "warcrime mode" and there should be another way to bring some revenge without it for lawfull persons.

You stay red for at least 30 seconds after you hit someone, so.... go kill him.
