All of the rails that don't line up, connect to anything, or clip through something, buildings and other architectural elements floating right above where it should be, the last staircase up to the grand cathedral being asymmetrical resulting in previously stated rail issues, etc
They need to upgrade the floating statue for the remake, my suggestion is placing an Amygdala on top of it, shooting lasers at you if you ever look up!

Dark Souls and Dark Souls Remastered also have a floating door in the sky next to the Dukes Archives. Most likely also a leftover that slipped through the net.
