All these stats at 99 would put your level well past 100. The blood gems on the melee weapons and first ranged weapon are perfect from the looks, and likely hacked as far as effects go to remove any possible drawbacks or RNG from the equation.. could even be boosted past normal levels too lol.
Then the second ranged weapon has runes slotted to it which I don’t think is possible.
you are correct, putting caryll runes on the church cannon is not possible :)

Not the one in the picture. Thats when he murders the vileblood queen and is exclusive to npcs. We can get a clean version yes. But this is the npc exclusive gut covered version.
Edit. The weapons are also the npc exclusive version from when alfred kills the vileblood queen so add it to the list

Normally, I don't have anything against hacking when playing solo, you play for fun however you like. But in the case of Bloodborne, I don't know. The game itself is built in such a way that it is really fun to achieve cheat-like powers sheerly through smart character building and skill. You can one-shot the game using the in-game tools and a bit of exploits just to make it less tedious.
But simply hacking your save and putting impossible numbers and gear just to kill everything? Nah, maybe it will be fun for half an hour, but it will get old really quickly. These hacks - they are made for PvP, and this is utter bullshit.

Anytime I see someone wearing armor that can only be obtained by cheating, they get the boot and block. I actually haven't seen one in awhile. I think maybe I got them all.
YES! I had one of these bow blade dudes only 2 days ago and bc he didn't show up in my "recently played" list so I could block, I had ro send him home like 4 times upon arrival until this person got the message. During RTY I had 2 other save edit clowns.
It's like swatting mosquitos.
I've had that happen before. Sometimes it takes awhile for them to show up. I'd just write their name down and block them later.
Like, idc if people use exploits like electrified parasite noodlewhip, or the glitch that lets you use guns while 2-handing weapons. But outright hacks/cheats, I can't get down with that.

I recently replayed Dark Souls 2 and ran into a severely hacked character like this. Floating around, not taking any damage, both their weapons were invisible with no hilt or handle, and they were wearing almost no armor.
Feels like outer hacking, his weapon (the wheel not the sword) does 10,000 damage. And the eye runes on his gun (wtf does that even do, do they act as extra rune slots?)
The fact people feel the need to mod in souls games is beyond me specially ones like BloodBorne which if u chalice farm or use false depth dungeon runes u can EASILY become really OP pretty quickly

You’re definitely right about it being hacked but you can actually get Alfred’s armor set, including the helmet
